A cozy, warm and familiar environment. A sincere cuisine, full of character but kind like the cook and owner. Broad bean mousse that deserved the slipper, tonnarelli with swordfish sauce for an encore and the soft and delicate frangipane cake. A certainty at the table in Treviglio.

Essendo Salentino, posso dire che raramente mi capita di ritrovare i sapori di casa lontano dalla mia terra, ma in questo ristorante pugliese mi sono sentito esattamente come a casa. La proprietaria, che è anche la chef, è stata di una gentilezza unica, accogliendomi con un sorriso e una cura che fanno la differenza. I piatti sono stati eccellenti, preparati con ingredienti autentici e un’attenzione ai dettagli che ha pienamente soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un angolo di Puglia e autenticità

Being from Salento, I can say that I rarely find the flavors of home away from my land, but in this Apulian restaurant I felt exactly at home. The owner, who is also the chef, was uniquely kind, welcoming me with a smile and care that made the difference. The dishes were excellent, prepared with authentic ingredients and attention to detail that fully met my expectations. Highly recommended for those looking for a corner of Puglia and authenticity

My wife kept telling me that we had to try this place, and for seven years we had been looking for an excuse and an ideal moment, a few weeks ago we finally succeeded, discovering the delicacies of Retrobottega. Certain of the quality, courtesy and goodness that can undoubtedly be found in this place, I decided that it was the ideal place for lunch with my sister, her husband and their little girl... Excellent result from every point of view, I recommend warmly to lovers of good Salento food, even in a vegetarian way their dishes are no less than exquisite. The staff is as affable as few others and you undoubtedly feel at home but with a refined and exquisite touch.

Restaurant review Simply fantastic! After the end of a course, we stopped here together with our teacher, who already knew the place and had recommended it to us. We couldn't have made a better choice! Everything was great: the service, the atmosphere and, above all, the food. The dishes really won us over, with authentic flavors and impeccable presentation. It was a pleasant experience and perfect to end the day. We will definitely be back!

Informal and very welcoming place with typical Salento dishes and excellent wines. Very friendly staff, it feels like being among friends. You can also buy some excellent quality food products. We will gladly return.

Sono stata a cena con amiche in questo posticino meraviglioso. Locale accogliente e tranquillo, cibo buonissimo, piatti tradizionali della cucina pugliese, ingredienti di ottima qualità e buonissima proposta vini. Le ragazze sono state davvero gentili, professionali e cordiali e molto discrete. Tutto è stato servito con tempistiche perfette. Assolutamente da provare e riprovare!

Revel

16/02/2025: Siamo arrivati al Revel perché cercando un locale in zona dove mangiare e bere qualcosa, sul tardi, aveva un'offerta - da menù - interessante - e l'orario di chiusura non era alle 23, massimo mezzanotte, come ormai la maggior parte dei ristoranti o locali anche simili. Siamo stati accolti con sorrisi e cordialità, il locale molto particolare: è accogliente e divertente (andateci, lo vedrete voi stessi ma ci sono alcune chicche meravigliose, anche in bagno!). I panini ordinati erano buonissimi, la birra artigianale veramente deliziosa, e addirittura siccome per esigenze particolari uno della compagnia ha avuto necessità di ordinare una birra analcolica, anche su queste ultime non siamo rimasti delusi: addirittura una IPA analcolica, non si trova spesso in giro! Anche i dolci erano buoni e i bacon pancakes direi stratosferici, con bacon in ogni strato fra un pancake e l'altro, e tanto sciroppo d'acero. Tutti i ragazzi che ci hanno serviti sono stati sorridenti, cordiali, hanno scherzato e riso con noi, nonostante il locale fosse pieno. Ultimo dettaglio, non meno importante, bella musica ma non così alta da non riuscire a parlare. Nel complesso è stato subito amore, e per quanto mi riguarda il Revel è stato da me eletto a pieno titolo il mio locale preferito.
16/02/2025: Servizio ottimo e staff gentilissimo. Abbiamo mangiato panini e bevuto birra, tutto ottimo e in una atmosfera davvero accogliente.

09/02/2025: Typical restaurant in upper Bergamo. Our table was without a tablecloth, like others, and dancing like the waiter who was stretching. An attempt at refined cuisine but without success. The person in charge of the orders was knowledgeable but a bit arrogant in his approach. Poor menu, average quantity/quality food... the price is not worth the lunch.
08/02/2025: Locale scelto per una cena infrasettimanale rilassante grazie alle note di jazz in sottofondo in una location semplice con dettagli non convenzionali. Piatti tradizionali o dalle combinazioni di alimenti non banali. Da provare il dolce della casa, il Gilberto.
