I returned to Retrobottega in Treviglio yesterday with my colleagues from the agency, and I can confirm the excellent impression I had when it opened years ago. The quality of the food has remained the same: authentic dishes, carefully prepared, and top-quality ingredients. A restaurant that knows how to bring Apulian specialties to the table with authentic flavor and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for those who want to savor authentic Southern cuisine here in Treviglio.

The flavors of home and of the past, I always recommend trusting Federica the owner and chef because she knows how to direct you on the dishes of the day making you discover or remember exceptional flavors. We recently ate a homemade ravioli with caciocavallo and exceptional capocollo, while the one in the photo was a "simple" pasta dish with red meat sauce that opened up memories of Sundays at grandma's house!
