Trust Federica! The flavors of home and of the past, I always recommend trusting Federica the owner and chef because she knows how to direct you on the dishes of the day making you discover or remember exceptional flavors. We recently ate a homemade ravioli with caciocavallo and exceptional capocollo, while the one in the photo was a "simple" pasta dish with red meat sauce that opened up memories of Sundays at grandma's house!

Very nice and welcoming restaurant. Dishes cooked with great skill and love. The owner is very good at advising the customer and introducing you to ancient flavors but revisited in a modern way. Welcoming and intimate environment. Reservations for the number of tables are welcome. Highly recommended.

What can I say about this gem of a video, about this little temple of good food, about Federica's fantastic hospitality, and about her wonderful kindness? Very little, because after eating at Retrobottega, it's hard to do anything other than gaze at the sky, enraptured by the delicious flavor and quantity of fantastic food. I can't even think of one dish I liked more than another; I even managed to eat some things I never thought I'd want to try, and yet, not only did I try them, but even though they still don't quite fit my criteria, I can't help but admit they were delicious. Thanks to Federica and her fantastic staff for bringing this corner of Salento to Treviglio!

Excellent experience. The food, from appetizer to dessert, is exquisite; the raw materials are chosen with care. Special mention to the grilled octopus, so soft that it could have been cut with a breadstick. The staff, including the owner (and cook!) were very friendly. Nice environment, music at an adequate volume that allows social exchanges. Advised!

11/08/2025: An accessible and certainly convenient place for those looking for a cheap and affordable pizza and/or pasta dish. We went on the weekend, and it's often a valid alternative to traditional and commercial fast food. The people who work there definitely make a difference and strive to provide that extra service that makes the place stand out (in a positive way). There are many self-service tables, reflecting the true nature of the place. There's a play area for children, so if you're planning on going on a Saturday night, make the sign of the cross. It's located 10-15 minutes from Orio al Serio Airport and about 20-30 minutes from the center of Bergamo. If you don't feel like cooking and want an affordable place, then this is the place for you.

29/07/2025: At Galletto D'oro we ate a fantastic pizza 🍕 😍, light dough, abundant and quality ingredients. Super fast service. Friendly staff. We will return more calmly and book in advance, so we can enjoy it to the fullest next time. 🥰💥🎉 Congratulations 👏🏽
09/07/2025: Very good pizza, courteous and very fast service, spacious but a bit chaotic environment. The only flaw is the beer: a medium blonde at a too excessive cost is the reason for the 3 stars. Finally, the coffee can be improved. Too bad!
