This is our second time at this restaurant. Extraordinarily tasty, elegant, sophisticated.

A place that never disappoints. The staff is kind and friendly but not intrusive, the chef is humble and nice, every time I have dined here he has stopped by the tables at the end of the evening 🥰. The food is always a guarantee, with prices appropriate to the quality and portions that are absolutely not scarce. Attention to detail throughout. Promoted and re-passed with flying colours!

It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations from the menu. The food was the true highlight—every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.

Elegant restaurant in the center of Bolzano, located in a historic building inside which there are still original frescoes of the time which are accompanied by minimalist furnishings and various works of art. The menu, which changes according to seasonality, ranges from various Italian specialties with a strong touch of the highest class. I particularly appreciated the consistency of the smoked trout and its strong flavor which went well with the crunchiness and flavor of the salicornia. Honorable mention for the sweet Autumn, a surprise with every spoonful and, so as not to ruin it for the reader, I'll stop here and truly recommend it. Important wine list. Impeccable service. Price appropriate to the proposal.

Maybe pretentious. Instead it's just a glance, a little too essential given that we are in a historic place. But I was rewarded by the flavors of the dishes and the sincere courtesy received. 👍😃😋

Top restaurant, warm welcome, very professional service, excellent food with matching wine. Coffee afterwards with delicacies from the kitchen. Our lunch was unforgettable.

Compared to the menu available on the site and with QR, some dishes were missing and the information had to be given as soon as you sat down or at the reception. Some uncertainty also about the wine, although included in the list of recommended bottles. If the ambition is high and proportionate to the bill, you must strive for perfection. For the rest we ate well in a nice environment. The menu has several local ingredients, perhaps, for my taste, I would push even more on these raw materials.

I booked at this restaurant because our. hotel was right nearby for Christmas lunch. I have to say that it was truly an excellent choice. Delicious dishes, super attentive and kind staff, quiet and very beautiful environment. Absolutely recommended!
