An excellent experience at Zur Kaiserkron. The elegant and refined restaurant boasts professional staff who are attentive without ever being intrusive. The cuisine is top-quality, with sophisticated dishes and pairings that offer a true sensory journey, always in keeping with the seasonality of the menu. The quality-price ratio is amazing for what's on offer. Kudos to the entire staff; highly recommended.

I stayed one night at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good.

We had dinner there as a couple, it was excellent. We will be back.

An excellent experience (with a star rating): a beautiful venue, excellent food in terms of preparation, balance, and presentation, and above all, trust Iulia (maître d' and sommelier), who is 25 years old and—in terms of skill, experience, and manner—seems twice as old: when she suggests a wine pairing, let her do the rest. Amazing.

What an unforgettable experience! It's tough to say which dish was my favorite, but every detail of the meal was absolutely perfect. I was on a solo travel trip, and the staff here made me feel as if I were a regular. The sommelier, Vittorio Sofia, developed a fantastic wine pairing to go along with each of my dishes. He also spent time speaking with me about the wines and why they worked with each of the dishes. For the meal, Chef Filippo Sinisgalli truly uses the flavors of the region to create a meal unlike anything else. Each course brought a new and different flavor that left me excited for the next course. I will say, the saffron risotto with calf sweetbreads is something I will be dreaming about for years to come. I cannot wait to come back soon, what a wonderful experience!
