Compared to the menu available on the site and with QR, some dishes were missing and the information had to be given as soon as you sat down or at the reception. Some uncertainty also about the wine, although included in the list of recommended bottles. If the ambition is high and proportionate to the bill, you must strive for perfection. For the rest we ate well in a nice environment. The menu has several local ingredients, perhaps, for my taste, I would push even more on these raw materials.

I booked at this restaurant because our. hotel was right nearby for Christmas lunch. I have to say that it was truly an excellent choice. Delicious dishes, super attentive and kind staff, quiet and very beautiful environment. Absolutely recommended!

Another excellent address found on the Michelin Guide app.
The meal was succulent, the service impeccable, cordial as it should be.
On the plates: Sicilian octopus and eel, duck and amberjack, cannoli and hazelnut dessert…
The wine list is impressive; all Italian regions are represented, with a very wide range of prices (from 20 to 1500 euros per bottle). We enjoyed the Primitivo di Manduria.
In summary, a great evening. Thank you again for the welcome and the cuisine…
Price range: around 100 euros per person (but it's worth it)…

Beautiful restaurant in the center of Bolzano. The menu and dishes were well beyond expectations, all delicious. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Are there more than 5 stars I can give? The food was phenomenal, and the service was beyond expectations. Our server gave us great recommendations for both food and wine. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves unique and incredible dinner experiences!
