Excellent brunch, lots of choice and quality

A very nice hotel with excellent cuisine. I can only recommend it without reservation. We'll stop here again on our next trip.

I can't comment on the rooms yet, but we were there for breakfast. It was excellent 😆👌 I'll try the rooms next. They also have a fantastic spa area 😉👍

The suite is beautiful, the only flaw being the lack of slippers, body lotion, and soap near the bidet. Otherwise, it's a beautiful property with an excellent breakfast buffet.

I absolutely recommend this hotel. I don't even know where to start. Extremely friendly staff, a top-notch wellness area, and delicious food—what more could you want? You immediately feel at home. We'd love to come back.

Wonderful experience, friendly staff, excellent food, spotless spa and pool, as were the rooms. We'll definitely be back, except for the €4.40 filtered water, which is definitely something that could be improved. :-)

Perfect as a stopover on the Transalp: beautiful spa, good food, a great breakfast, and all at a fair price. Only the single room was a bit dated, but it was in the "Old House."

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway exit and within walking distance of the center of Vipiteno. Overall, the property is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, there are some areas that could be improved, such as the bathrooms, the menus for those with allergies, air conditioning or at least a fan in the rooms (given the 33°C temperature in August), and the spa management. These are all aspects that a 4-star hotel should be managed much better and shouldn't be a source of disappointment for guests. I felt the property was somewhat put on the back burner; the owners are clearly focusing everything on the new hotel outside Vipiteno, and as guests, we didn't really appreciate this. It's a shame.
