We had a truly wonderful time, the service and friendliness were excellent, and the food was truly magnificent. The rooms were super comfortable and well-organized, the spa and pool area was beautiful, a true immersion in relaxation, the staff was incredibly attentive, and as I mentioned before, the service was excellent. I was also pleasantly surprised by the many thoughtful touches we received, the birthday cake was incredibly unexpected, and I thank you again from the bottom of my heart for the gesture. You touched me ❤️. Additionally, since we couldn't bring our dog into the dining room, we dined at the bar. I must say, everything was perfect there, nothing was out of place, and we felt truly pampered from start to finish. I sincerely thank everyone for the amazing work you do every day. In fact, we've already booked for this summer too.

What can I say? The staff were incredibly kind and available to answer any questions, the rooms were immaculate and clean, the location was excellent, close to the center. My favorite thing was the wellness area... I was enchanted. There's a section open to everyone, and another reserved for those over 14. Highly recommended if you're looking for a truly relaxing vacation. And I almost forgot... The breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Great, cozy hotel with a very nice spa area. (Minor drawback: the cemetery across the street from the hotel.) The food was absolutely delicious (a good vegetarian option was also available), the rooms were very clean and a nice mix of cozy and modern, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa area was spacious and beautiful. They even provided complimentary snacks and tea! I'd gladly stay again.

I was in Vipiteno to visit the Christmas markets and stayed at this fabulous hotel, located outside the historic center but very close to the Parish Church. I savored the typical cuisine of Alto Adige (South Tyrol). The breakfast and dinner buffets (antipasti) were generous. The desserts (homemade) were very well stocked. They provided us with two very spacious rooms with a view of the church. The hotel offers a fantastic wellness center with relaxation areas and a spotless pool with a whirlpool. The grounds are very large and unforgettable... Rating: excellent (the best I can give).

Friendly welcome, nice welcome drink. Large, bright, comfortable suite with Physio Therm/infrared cabin, minibar, safe, and Nespresso machine (coffee €1.50). Large balcony overlooking the park, offering complete peace and relaxation. Sitting area with a warm fireplace. Sauna area: large, bright, and clean. The cabin in the garden reaches up to 90 degrees Celsius. The whirlpool was bubbly. Snacks, tea, and water are available free of charge. There is also an infrared cabin, a steam room, and a small sauna (80-90 degrees Celsius). Pool: When there are no children present, absolute relaxation is possible. Warm water and 15 meters long. Perfectly adequate for a few laps. Great loungers and plenty of towels are provided. Kitchen: We had half-board. A superb breakfast buffet with delicious rolls, regional butter, cold cuts, muesli, and eggs. A juicer is available, and there is a selection of fresh juices. In the evenings; Fresh salads from the buffet and homemade dressing. In the morning, you choose your main course for the evening, as it's a à la carte menu. The meat and fish were cooked to perfection, and there was always an alternative for vegetarians. Second helpings were available upon request. The desserts were also fantastic creations, made with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. An unforgettable experience.

While I'd like to point out that opinions are always personal, I felt very pampered. The staff was always very kind and professional. The knowledgeable reception staff provided helpful information and recommended excursions with precise directions. A special thanks to the masseuse, whom I found very kind and professional, and who made you feel at ease. The well-equipped spa and very beautiful pool area.

Even after the change of ownership and minimal renovations, the Engels Park remains highly recommended. The prices are naturally on the higher end, but in return, you get a lovely hotel with an indoor pool and a multi-course dinner. Plus, it's just a short walk from the center of Sterzing. Update 2025: Still a charming, well-organized hotel where you can truly relax. Excellent service from the staff, close to the town center, superb food, and a lovely spa area.

From the extremely attentive staff at reception, in the restaurant, and at breakfast, to the very clean room. Those who get to enjoy dinner in the restaurant are absolutely in luck, as the menu was exceptionally good both evenings. We'd love to come back!
