Restaurant Zum Engel In Vipiteno

I have just returned after staying a week in this which is more than a hotel... it is a wonderful treat from all points of view. The location is very convenient, close to the motorway exit, about 1km walk from the center of Vipiteno with a pedestrian street and is an excellent starting point for visiting the main tourist attractions in the area or for a ride on the nearby cycle path. The hotel is very well looked after, the rooms are spotless, the staff is very kind and available for every need or request for information always with a smile, they also organize pleasant excursions for guests. The relaxation area (indoor swimming pool and SPA) is a true jewel of harmony and tranquility. The restaurant is of high quality for the gastronomic offer, the presentation of the dishes but above all for the dining room staff. Special thanks to Sigrid who spoiled us with her kindness throughout our stay. Super recommended if you want to spend a relaxing holiday!!!

Even after the change of ownership and minimal redesign, Engels Park is still an absolute recommendation. The price level is of course rather high, but there is a nice hotel with an indoor pool and a multi-course meal in the evening. In addition, you are only a few minutes' walk from the town center in Vipiteno.

Small but nice hotel! We were in Engels Park over the weekend and felt very comfortable. The wellness area has everything you need, perfect for ending the day relaxing. The breakfast and especially the dinner are of the best quality! The service was also very attentive and friendly. We'd love to come back! 😊

Very nice hotel, I used to go there to use both the swimming pool and the sauna but I still haven't understood why they removed this possibility for external customers. Strongly recommended

Good evening. First of all, I would like to thank the team, especially Mrs Jennifer, for their availability, understanding, help and professionalism overall! We highly recommend Engels Park hotel and it is only up to you to choose the right room and amenities that meet your desires! I am one of the Romanian group, mentioned by Frau Bartl…And I really wanted to give also a feedback to her comments, as they are not according to the truth.😒 Yes, we were a big group, with 20 children actually. Of all ages, from 2 to 16 years old. And, just like you, we were hotel guests, we payed and had the right to enjoy our holiday! And they were not on “Silent mode” all the time, as anyone can imagine. They are children, they talk, play, run to their rooms, etc. So, again, I am sorry and apologize if they disturbed the other clients at times. But, they were not doing it after 22 o’clock! We actually went to sleep early most of the nights, as we were there for skying! And, as I told you then, when you were shouting at our children😣, if you don’t like kids and want to be in a very silent hotel, you can go to an Adults Only. Engels Park is not an adults only hotel. But I do want to underline a very important fact! That Miss Jennifer and the owner were there at all times, and every time a client complained that the children are too noisy, they came to us and took the appropriate measures! They did the same, in our last evening, when YOU provocate the monster scandal! The evening that YOU and your supposed son in law verbally attacked our children, and almost hit one of them😡! This, without any adult present! My 6 years old son was so scared, that he was in shock! And your son in law actually used sexual language to offend and shout at our daughters! 😡😡😡 And when one of the parents of our group came up the stairs, was also your son that jumped at his throat! I was really tempted, and only out of respect for you and for our children I did not put the video online! But now I wish we had called the police, as I am sure he wouldn’t have remained unpunished! So, let me tell you, if you have a problem with minor children, you do not attack them, scary them and make sexual allusions at young girls!! You go to the hotel’s personnel and to their parents! And you solve it LIKE AN ADULT, if you claim to be one! So, at this point, who’s children do you think are less educated?!?! Our minor kids, or your over 30 son??!😒 If you have a problem with the children, you have options! We are all humans, and there is always a solution, if you act like an adult. But your son in law had no right to act the way he did, and make the damage he made to our children! 😡 So, once again, all the respect to the hotel’s team, for the way they handled the situation! Thank you and keep up the good work! We would suggest for the future to make a special room / playground for the children☺️, in order to keep them occupied in a more defined space.😊 We definitely recommend Engels Park hotel!🙏🤗

Grudge purchase as had car problems & needed an overnight stay Probably a nice place to stay in good weather and if you like leisure facilities Room was ok but had no outside windows other than velux roof and was a bit dated and tired Nice to have a welcome drink and breakfast was good but overall, for me poor value for money at €150, other places nearby offer a better price quality ratio

We can only report positive things. Great service very attentive staff. The food was always fresh and very tasty. We can only recommend the hotel.
