Here we are in another historic Chinese restaurant in Perugia, which however has only been offering a menu in line with competing restaurants and with an All You Can Eat formula for a few years. It is located along the main road of Via Settevalli and there is both a small parking lot in front of the entrance of the restaurant and two larger parking lots of adjacent businesses. There is no unpleasant odor in the air. 1) What is the restaurant like? To be honest, I liked the pre-renovation style much more, now it feels like entering a sort of canteen on a ship. But apart from the somewhat questionable design, the tables (about 15?) are quite spacious, with comfortable chairs, fluid tablets, and nice and clean bathrooms. The service is quite fast and professional but the staff is a bit too cold and detached (the only thing they said to me in two hours was asking for the table number at the cashier). Chinese piano-bar style music at a pleasant volume. No other detail struck me positively or negatively. 2) How is the food? Overall, the menu is well-stocked (but unfortunately without Thai dishes), good plating, but with some doubts about the freshness of the raw fish. -Appetizers: Apart from the spicy and sour soup, the carpaccio and tartare had a questionable consistency and a strange flavor. The ravioli were also disappointing (1/4) -Sushi: Apart from the uramaki with black rice that seemed to have been prepared for hours, it was overall pleasant (2/4) -First courses: Quite good but could be improved (3/4) -Second courses: As above (3/4) The sweet bread in the shape of a bunny is available but unfortunately limited to only one piece per person 3) Is it worth it? Let's say that it was not an experience in line with the price paid (for lunch, €20.50 with a bottle of water). If the price had been AT LEAST 1€ less I could have turned a blind eye (but not that much, since there are competing restaurants where you can eat better for less than 19€), but as things stand I cannot warmly recommend the visit. - Final 'Bandix Travels' rating: 29 points out of 50 (average of AYCE in Perugia: 35)"

I have dined at this sushi restaurant twice and each time it was a great experience. The environment is new, modern and very welcoming. The staff is friendly and always available. The quality of the fish is excellent and I highly recommend trying the typical dishes. My only personal comment: the udon were a little too cooked for my Italian tastes. However, highly recommended!

The restaurant also offers an excellent offer for lunch and the fish is very good. The service was quick and professional.

Ho provato il Restaurant Sun di Perugia per la prima volta, e francamente non so se esprimere un giudizio positivo o negativo. Il cibo non era neanche male, anzi alcune cose erano proprio buone, altre meno, peccato però che le porzioni sono piccolissime. Non altrettanto si può dire del prezzo. Anche con la formula AYCE si spendono comunque 30 € a persona per una cena normale. Anche il menù ha poi una scelta abbastanza limitata, e molto più orientata sul cibo cinese, anziché giapponese. Tutto sommato non è stata una brutta esperienza, ma non tanto buona da volerci tornare .

Cibo buonissimo, abbiamo preso menu all you can eat ed era tutto davvero buono. Il pesce era fresco si sentiva ed anche gli altri ingredienti di qualità. Servizio veloce e molto comodo con il tablet al tavolo che puoi ordinare in autonomia. Locale pulito e moderno. Anche i bambini hanno apprezzato molto tutto quanto!! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!
