The food is very good and the table is served very quickly. I highly recommend it. We can only congratulate the hosts on the two conditions that were in charge of us; they were simply top-notch. We'll be back next year.

We ate there several times during our vacation. They have a wide selection of dishes and traditional South Tyrolean cuisine (spinach spaetzle, dumplings, etc.). The food was always delicious, and we always felt very welcome. We'll be back next year! Many thanks to Paula and her team.

29/10/2025: Absolutely divine! 😍 From the elderflower-raspberry juice to the dumplings (with apple, plum, and strawberry) – simply divine! The lady who served us was also incredibly sweet and kind. A must-stop!

16/12/2025: We travel from Germany to Tramin three or four times a year, and on our first evening we almost always go to the Bürgerstube restaurant because of their excellent pizza. However, their other dishes and varied daily menu are also highly recommended. The second reason we enjoy eating at the Bürgerstube is the exceptionally friendly staff.
15/11/2025: The restaurant's name says it all… Good, traditional German cuisine at reasonable prices…fast service and friendly staff.
