I don't know where to begin describing this restaurant, but I'll start by saying: what are you waiting for? The owner welcomed us with such kindness and explained everything about the dishes and Vietnamese cuisine throughout the dinner (which we particularly appreciated, given our passion for Asia). We chose the €40 menu to try various dishes and then ordered some side dishes, such as the Pho, one of the best things I've ever eaten! The flavors are fresh and delicious, an experience we'll definitely repeat!

We expected to find people from Vietnam cooking. We found Italians with great experience in Vietnamese cuisine. We had a completely new experience compared to what we had learned about Vietnamese cuisine elsewhere in Europe. It was a fantastic experience, and the owner was fantastic, explaining the origins and how to eat every dish we ordered. We tasted dishes from northern, southern, and central Vietnam. Everything was tasty and very well prepared. I recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting or living in Rome; it was a fantastic experience. Dishes are carefully crafted and true to tradition. The dining room staff is very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the duck and beef, two truly exceptional dishes.

My wife and I went to this restaurant for the first time on Thursday evening, highly recommended by a friend. It was a unique experience, from the explanation of the dishes to the tasting. We can't wait to return!

Not much to say... the staff is incredibly passionate about Vietnamese culture and eager to answer even the most curious questions. The food is delicious, from the egg rolls to the braised beef and even the Vietnamese coffee. A fantastic experience, highly recommended.

Tried it last night, delicious 🤤 I've never tried Vietnamese cuisine. I had stir-fried rice noodles with Vietnamese sausage, mixed vegetables with ginger, coriander, and lime—delicious. Pork stew spiced with cumin and cinnamon, with a hard-boiled egg, melts in your mouth because it's so tender. The highlight was the coffee. I'm a coffee addict, so for fear of it being too bitter, I had it with condensed milk, but next time I'll have it without. The coffee flavor is warm, enveloping, a treat at the end of a meal. ☕️
