I'm updating the review today after a few months: we ate here on a Friday for lunch in July 2024 and I was pleased to notice the new vegetarian dishes, simple and fresh. Always very crunchy seaweed. I recommend these hosomaki pictured here with banana and mango cream! A delicate mix of sweet and savory, delicious and nutritious.
Friendly, cheerful and attentive staff.

I've been coming to eat here for years and it has never disappointed me. No need to book. Quick in service. In the all u can eat formula there is less choice at lunch than in the evening. Good quality.

Ottimo cibo: salmone affumicato con salsa di senape messa da un lato in modo tale da permettere a chi lo sceglie se volerla assaggiare col pesce oppure no. Le patate credo fritte ad aria erano molto buone. Non ho preso altro perché avevo fretta di fare un giro d’acquisto.

Very friendly waiters, varied dishes and fresh, quality sushi.
You order with the Tablet and it's convenient, even if you waste a lot of time choosing the dishes because there are no filters, for example for allergens, to find them.

Restaurant inside the Giotto Center offering all you can eat sushi. Each table has a tablet through which you can place the order instantly so the waiting times are practically 2-3 minutes for a dish, a step forward compared to other restaurants also due to the fact that on the tablet you can see if there are they are orders in stock or those that have been processed.
All fresh, friendly and professional staff.
