Our stay at Romantik Hotel Santer was absolutely wonderful! 🌟 From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and friendly staff who welcomed us with genuine hospitality — and many of them speak multiple languages, including Russian, which made communication effortless. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — right beside the Nordic Arena, making it an ideal base for cross-country skiing. You can literally step out the door and onto the trails. It’s also perfect for hiking and trail running in the surrounding Dolomites, with beautiful mountain routes starting nearby. One of the standout features of the hotel for us was the well-designed ski storage and preparation rooms — super convenient after long days on the snow. The spa and wellness area is absolutely exceptional! With a variety of saunas, relaxation zones, an indoor pool, and two heated outdoor pools, this place is every athlete’s dream for post-training recovery. And speaking of experiences — the food here is truly remarkable! We spent a week at the hotel, and every meal was different, creative, and incredibly delicious. The presentation was so refined that even high-end restaurants would be proud. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Every detail — from the professional service and perfect location to the spa and cuisine — made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend Romantik Hotel Santer, and if we get the chance, we’ll definitely stay here again! ✨⛷️🏔️

We spent 9 days over Christmas and New Year's Eve. The room and spa were excellent. The food wasn't up to par with the place (the New Year's Eve dinner was mediocre). It wouldn't take much to improve.

Absolutely amazing. Like, I was not prepared for what a gem this place was. Loved all the sauna options and the hours for them were great. The room was immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious and had everything one could want. And there was so much staff around all the time, cleaning, prepping, greeting. I have never experienced that. I wish I had more time to stay here, but will hopefully be back for nordic ski season!

We chose this hotel for a short vacation in the Dolomites—a perfect choice! The property is truly meticulously maintained, not to mention the sensational spa for some well-deserved relaxation after a long hike. Kudos to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism, especially Maurizio for the fantastic massage! The dinner was delicious; we were planning on eating in town, but the menu (and wine list) won us over. Thank you, and see you next time! 😊

Hello everyone, We stayed at the hotel from September 15th to September 22nd, 2025. We were very, very satisfied with everything. We booked a lodge but were upgraded to a suite and a parking space in the underground garage. It was such a great room. The service staff were super friendly and on the ball. Beautiful hotel with great service and a great family feeling and amazing wellness

We went here for the day spa, as rain was forecast for an afternoon during our trip to the Dolomites. We were very pleased with the spa; everything you could possibly want was there. A very extensive selection of pools, saunas, and relaxation areas. Another plus is the free detox water and tea, which is delicious after a sauna session. The outdoor pool was also worth it, especially with the threatening clouds rolling in; it offered a magnificent view. For €40 per person, it's definitely recommended for bad weather or on a rest day.
