Everything at a very high level.

We went to the day spa. It was very clean and nice. The water in the pools is very warm. The changing rooms for day spa visitors could be a bit brighter.

Very nice hotel with equally large spa, modern and welcoming. Spacious room with terrace. Price a bit too high, especially the dinner to be paid separately, 40€ per person without even a bottle of water included seems excessive to me.

The hotel outside the center with private parking with a wonderful spa. The room was very large and quiet. We booked only with breakfast and decided at the last minute to have dinner. Here the only flaw is the cost of dinner at €40/person with drinks excluded. Friendly staff.

Every year the experience is superb. Impeccable dinners and breakfasts. The very kind barmaid who prepares superb cocktails. Finally the desk staff who with kindness, precision and efficiency satisfy the guests.

Wonderful experience, enchanting place... top structure and relaxation area, I couldn't find any flaws... everything looked after in the smallest details... qualified, kind and always available staff, excellent dishes, exquisite breakfast, nothing was missing... in short, I recommend it to anyone who wants to escape from the daily routine to go to an enchanting place

We spent one night and enjoyed all the relaxing and tranquil services that this property offers. We were very satisfied and will return. Recommended !

A very nice hotel with large, well-kept rooms, each with a balcony. The staff is very friendly and extremely attentive. Santer has a huge spa area, with countless saunas and various heated indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast buffet also leaves nothing to be desired. If you sign up for dinner, you can choose between three different five-course menus. The fish menu I chose was excellent. Unfortunately, the neighbors were apparently having construction work, which had to start every day at 7:00 a.m. The duvets were far too warm for summer and not particularly breathable. But these are the only two minor negatives about our stay at this high-class hotel. We will gladly return.
