A must on vacation! Perfect steaks, service and ambience! Historic wine cellar, fresh flowers at the table and quality is the top priority here. Florian knows what you can cook with: with regional beef and potatoes, selected wines from small winegrowers, here we work together with South Tyrolean agriculture! And the warmth of the boss himself! We would love to come back, our children were also warmly welcomed!

Went to Spuntloch last summer and once again the discussion heated up about what good food is and this restaurant came back to mind. Fantastic, exceptionally great. Service great. We can only recommend it.

Spent a wonderful evening in the Spuntloch: We enjoyed the "melting" tartare and three fine dishes from the autumn menu: baked organic chicken, venison osso bucco and the autumn risotto. Plus a fine red wine from the “neighborhood”. Finally, the chestnut mousse :-). Thank you very much!
