Wir waren Anfang April spontan im Spuntloch. Die Idee hatten wir erst kurzfristig, umso dankbarer waren wir, dass wir überhaupt einen Platz bekommen haben. An der Bar lässt es sich trotzdem sehr gut und entspannt sitzen.
Die Atmosphäre ist einfach genial in diesem Keller mit der Beleuchtung. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich und saisonal, aber so sollte es in der qualitativen Gastronomie auch sein. Die Weinkarte bietet einige spannende Highlights. Trotz vollem Haus und viel Arbeit hat man sich super um uns gekümmert. Das Essen war sehr lecker, das Steak auf dem Punkt. So muss es sein!
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gern wieder

It's not an easy place for Asians to come, but we stayed at a nearby Airbnb and while looking for a restaurant, the host recommended this place and we had our wife's birthday dinner.
We asked for a cake in advance and they prepared a beautiful after-dinner dessert cake for 15 euros.
We had an early dinner the next morning because we had a schedule, but when we arrived at the restaurant, there was only one table with us, but by the time we left after eating, 80% of the seats were full.
The food is good, but it's a great restaurant to come and have a glass of wine in the evening.
It's not an easy place to visit again, but I think I'll keep it as a long memory.
The steak was very good, but the most surprising dish was the raw beef. I didn't know I'd come across this dish in Italy.
It's a menu that Koreans like : )
The glass wine that they recommended was also very high-quality!!
I definitely recommend drinking local wine here.

A must on vacation! Perfect steaks, service and ambience! Historic wine cellar, fresh flowers at the table and quality is the top priority here. Florian knows what you can cook with: with regional beef and potatoes, selected wines from small winegrowers, here we work together with South Tyrolean agriculture! And the warmth of the boss himself! We would love to come back, our children were also warmly welcomed!
