We ate at the restaurant. If you want standard fare, you've come to the wrong place. Only regional products are used, and they are prepared with great skill and deliciousness. The menu is straightforward but exceptional. The wine list is excellent. The service is professional and attentive. If you're dining with children, you probably can't pass up the Viennese veal schnitzel with roasted potatoes... 10/10!

We shared a cake stand for appetizers between the two of us, then enjoyed gnocchi and incredibly delicious desserts. The service was friendly and the food was fabulous.

An absolute recommendation! The location is fantastic, the house is quiet, and the furnishings are minimalist and of the highest quality. As South Tyrol connoisseurs, we have rarely been so positively surprised by a spontaneous booking. The cuisine – simply sensational!

We were lucky enough to discover Restaurant Fink on our last day of vacation. Super-friendly staff, a very pleasant location (we sat outside under the pergola), and the food left nothing to be desired! We can't comment on the hotel, but we'll be back next time we're in Brixen.

We visited Restaurant Fink for lunch and therefore cannot comment on the hotel's services.
It was very nice to sit in the pleasantly succulent outdoor area. The food tasted good, although the schnitzel could have used a little more salt for me, and the meat was almost paper-thin compared to the breading, so overall, I didn't feel it was 100% complete.
The quality of the products was impressive, and the wine was also fine. The service was prompt and friendly - many thanks to the attentive staff.
The restaurant's prices tend to be a bit above average, but hot meals are available all day, so the prices are reasonable.
A positive experience - and we'll be happy to come back for lunch.

Habe allein gespeist. Schöner langgezogener Speisesaal, direkt unter den Lauben. Designmäßig sehr ansprechend. Hatte 3 Gänge. Alle vorzüglich! Risotto aus Tramin, Buchweizenteigtaschen mit Roter Bete, Roggener Schlutzer mit Schwarzplentenem Knödel. Schlne glasweise Weinauswahl auch für Alleinreisende.
Das alllllereinzige, was mich etwas gestört hat, waren die 3 Euro Coperto/Gedeck. Ich finde, dass so etwas im Haubenniveau-Bereich nicht notwendig ist. Es tat dem schönen Kulinarikabend eber keinen Abbruch.
Sehr sehr aufmerksamer Service!
