Our stay at the Fink Hotel was a completely special and perfect experience from start to finish. As soon as we arrived we received an incredibly warm welcome - the service is not only professional, but also very attentive and full of passion for what they do. You really feel welcome and well looked after here.
The spa area is an absolute highlight: inspired by Roman bathing culture, with stylish design, soothing water pools and an ambience that immediately invites you to deep relaxation. Particularly impressive is the cold water pool with a view of the sky, which is reminiscent of the ancient frigidarium - a true experience for body and mind.
The Fink Hotel also has something very special to offer in terms of cuisine. The kitchen follows the principles of Hildegard von Bingen and focuses on healthy, soothing and wholesome dishes. Each dish not only tastes excellent and intense thanks to local products, but is also aimed at strengthening the body and well-being. A wonderful combination of enjoyment and health!
The location couldn't be better either - right in the heart of Brixen, perfect for exploring the city and beyond. The well-known photo spot with the church of St. Johann in Val di Funes is also only a 25-minute drive away - and can even be easily reached by bus from the hotel. Despite its central location, the hotel is still a real oasis of peace.
Whether for a short stopover, weekend trip or longer vacation - it is an absolute recommendation from us!

The care and attention to the South Tyrolean culinary tradition, revisited in a modern key, and the use of the highest quality products, made our dinner a true culinary experience. Gourmet dinner with impeccable service. I rediscovered them after their transformation and renovation and it was a pleasant rediscovery.

We were in the restaurant. We always eat particularly well and have very attentive, friendly service. We are particularly pleased that mainly vegetarian and also some vegan dishes are offered. There is always a smaller menu with meat and fish dishes.
Prices tend to be on the higher end.

We can only rate the restaurant. But it was incredibly good... service from another star... :-) And the food, including a classic Viennese schnitzel, was the best thing we've ever eaten... We're thrilled... . :-) :-) :-)

There is a lot of intention in the food, but little skill. Great idea with a focus on vegetables, but none of them had any taste! Apparently everything was served without salt?? The Rösti for an incredible €29 was very greasy and tasted a bit musty. So given the prices, the food simply HAS to taste impeccable. That doesn't add up.
The waitress didn't care at all about my criticism of the Rösti.
Venison ravioli were great.

Super leckeres Essen! Tolle und freundliche Bedienung in einem entspannten Ambiente. Wir konnten in Ruhe unser Essen genießen
Anfang mit einem tollen Dinkelbrot nach Hildegardrezept , gefolgt mit einem vorspeisenteller der keinen Wunsch offen ließ 😊 Das Hauptgericht ebenfalls super lecker mit viel Geschmack

So far, I've always walked past the fink on my numerous visits to Brixen - it looked good, but didn't really catch me. The new, generous glazing should put an end to similar experiences: you can hardly resist looking under the arbors into the warmly lit interior - and you shouldn't! Florian Fink's new monastery kitchen relies on a wide vegetarian selection, local ingredients and traditional South Tyrolean dishes that are refined and creatively interpreted. From a quick lunch to an extensive fine dining menu: everything is possible, nothing is mandatory - no wonder that the restaurant was always full. It's best to extend your stay and stay overnight - the rooms are beautiful and designed with great attention to detail, without appearing overloaded or cold. The small spa is a real oasis of calm in the middle of the city and you can also look forward to breakfast: à la carte instead of buffet, but with small specialties from poached egg with truffle to porridge to broth 👌🏼 I'll be back (very soon).
