Fink is the excellent restaurant in Bressanone that cannot be missed. Completely renovated, it is no different from how I remembered it: it is now more elegant and modern. The wood in the tables, in the Tyrolean chairs, even if the traditional little heart in the backrest is stylised, makes it welcoming and refined. The kindness of the staff (but it is a constant positive welcome found throughout South Tyrol), the well-presented and excellent tasting dishes make it a perfect place to enjoy a lunch or dinner with friends in peace and relaxation!

We had an excellent meal, praise to the kitchen, the food was very, very fine and prepared with a lot of love, we were also surprised by the incredibly good bread with spread for the aperitif and the fine caramelized sunflower seeds for the coffee
The service staff was very competent, extremely friendly and not intrusive.
We really enjoyed it with you......, keep it up....., we'll be back

Rating of the restaurant:
The restaurant is incredibly beautifully designed and furnished. Very modern, but still not sterile or cool, but with classic, alpine accents in just the right amount.
The food was very tasty and attractively prepared.
A little more expensive, but overall reasonable. A great experience!

We highly recommend a visit to fink. The proprietors were very kind and helpful, along with the other staff. The breakfast was so lovely. The rooms are beautifully renovated, along with the other facilities. It is a great location from which to explore the mountains, but also have the benefit of a nice old town in the evenings to relax. Also walking along the river is beautiful.
We will definitely return to fink and Brixen!

Mir Freunden haben wir einen tollen Abend verbracht.
Gleich zu Beginn wird man mit Klosterbrot und Aufstrich und einem Kräutersud nach Hildegard von Bingen begrüßt.
Die Speisen waren ausgezeichnet.
Der Service sehr lustig und aufmerksam.
