A truly exceptional dining experience. Creative compositions made from local ingredients, refined with herbs from the surrounding nature. The bread alone is absolutely mind-blowing. Top notch in every way – and the quality fully justifies the price. We loved it and will definitely be back.

A super cozy restaurant kept in a strict but beautiful style and good materials.
Tablecloths, glasses, service are very well thought out and of good quality.
The food was quite fantastic after a number of days with classic menus on our trip.
Had a root vegetable tartar with herb mayo for a starter, ravioli with veal ragout filling topped with fresh mushrooms for the main course. For dessert I had a Jakobus sorbet as a dessert.
Perhaps the freshest and most delicious dessert in many years.
The service was skilled young people with a high degree of both linguistic ability, attention to detail, humor and charm.
A little gem in a lovely town with a cozy city center.

My review refers to the restaurant. The service was very friendly, attentive, and professional. I particularly like the veal loin, the Wiener schnitzel (nice and flat, just as it should be), and the homemade bread. We went there as a family. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The price is a bit high, of course, but you get the corresponding quality.

A very beautiful restaurant with nine suites in the heart of Brixen's old town. The innovative monastery cuisine concept features a great selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, as well as locally sourced meats – beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Great design, super friendly, professional service ❤️ . I would recommend making a reservation, as it's usually very busy. We'll definitely be back!

We ate at the restaurant. If you want standard fare, you've come to the wrong place. Only regional products are used, and they are prepared with great skill and deliciousness. The menu is straightforward but exceptional. The wine list is excellent. The service is professional and attentive. If you're dining with children, you probably can't pass up the Viennese veal schnitzel with roasted potatoes... 10/10!

Habe allein gespeist. Schöner langgezogener Speisesaal, direkt unter den Lauben. Designmäßig sehr ansprechend. Hatte 3 Gänge. Alle vorzüglich! Risotto aus Tramin, Buchweizenteigtaschen mit Roter Bete, Roggener Schlutzer mit Schwarzplentenem Knödel. Schlne glasweise Weinauswahl auch für Alleinreisende.
Das alllllereinzige, was mich etwas gestört hat, waren die 3 Euro Coperto/Gedeck. Ich finde, dass so etwas im Haubenniveau-Bereich nicht notwendig ist. Es tat dem schönen Kulinarikabend eber keinen Abbruch.
