Restaurant Fink In Bressanone

We stayed at Fink Suites for three nights as a couple and were absolutely thrilled. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you could wish for. They are lovingly furnished, beautifully lit, and the spa area is also excellent (small but perfectly formed!). The service and hosts are very friendly and attentive! The location right in the heart of the old town is an added bonus – thank you so much!

We were "only" in the restaurant and were very impressed by the great atmosphere, the attentive service, and of course, the food! Highly recommended!

Always a pleasure to return. A truly good and satisfying dinner. The prices are perhaps a little high. A bottle of water at €4.50 seems a bit high, I think. Still, I always recommend it. I returned a few days ago, and I can say the restaurant is more "chic," if you'll pardon the expression. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are slightly higher, but you'll be treated to a truly pampered experience. I'd definitely recommend it again.

As soon as you open the solid wooden door, you're greeted by an atmosphere of peace and security. The delicate fragrance and the stylish architecture with natural materials immediately create a special ambiance. Breakfast was a real highlight, even for me, a breakfast hater – freshly squeezed juices with clove or dead nettle essence, homemade jam, regional, lovingly prepared, and simply delicious. A place to unwind and enjoy. We'd love to come back!

Right in the middle of the pedestrian zone. Very nicely decorated. Excellent service. Large selection of wines by the glass! The quality of the dishes varied. The tagliatelle with truffle was lukewarm, the tagliatelle was too soft and sticky. A glass of wine by the glass had already oxidized. Was replaced without any problems. The rest of the dishes were okay. But there was room for improvement. I can't rate the hotel as I only went there for dinner.

This was our second time at the Fink – and it was another highlight. The hotel has been stylishly renovated, the rooms are high-quality and quiet, and the small spa area is a great place to relax. I'd especially like to mention the breakfast: in my opinion, the best hotel breakfast ever – fresh, regional, and simply outstanding. We can also highly recommend the restaurant. The cuisine is creative, regionally influenced, and perfectly seasoned. The Wiener Schnitzel, the veal loin, and the freshly baked bread are particularly memorable. The ambiance and service are stylish, friendly, and professional. The prices are on the high side, but the quality and experience fully justify it. For us, one of the most beautiful places in Brixen – we'll definitely be back.
