We love Das Fink! We've eaten there several times and this time we treated ourselves to an overnight stay in one of their suites! A dream! The rooms are charming, with a blend of classic and modern styles, and the 24-hour spa area is a true oasis of tranquility! The food was, as always, divine, and the breakfast deserves special mention! No buffet, but a very wide selection of small dishes à la carte. Without exaggeration, the best hotel breakfast I know (including a poached egg with truffles 😍). The service was also excellent, and what would Das Fink be without Traudi? 😉 Thank you so much! We'll be back soon!

We stumbled upon this restaurant again after a long time; they've completely renovated it. The food is divine, especially the tiered serving tray, but we can highly recommend everything else as well. The presentation is fantastic, and they even serve a complimentary herbal broth to start – I love it!

I give Fink Restaurant a good rating. It's beautiful, clean, and elegant. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They serve dishes with a few words of introduction and description, which is nice. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, the flavors are varied (sometimes to a fault), and the ingredients are fresh. One BUT – the menu items are simply too expensive for their taste, seasoning, and overall impression of artificial prestige. It's worth a try, though; it's a place with a history, but I have mixed feelings.

Excellent restaurant. Every dish is a discovery. Beautifully presented, balanced, and not bland. The cuts of meat are all well-cooked, juicy, and tender. The chocolate sphere is a riot of flavors. Highly recommended. The location is also unique.

A quaint trattoria with excellent, carefully presented local food. Friendly service, excellent value.
Revisited after the 2023 renovation, and I'd add that the ambience and design are truly excellent. The cuisine continues to excel, with top-notch goulash and rosticciata. Gorgeous desserts.

We had dinner at the restaurant. Everything was simply excellent—impeccable service, sparkling glasses, an interesting history of the place and the concept of the cuisine. The background music was perfect. We had the goulash—I highly recommend it—and loved the bread. There's a children's menu. The waiter immediately brought a coloring book for the child. We loved everything; the prices are not cheap, but it's worth it.

Excellent food, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding service. The spa is a design highlight and is easily accessible 24/7. Guest focus is unparalleled. Certainly one of the best addresses in all of South Tyrol.
