A small hotel with special rooms and particularly good service. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. My absolute recommendation for this hotel and especially for the particularly good restaurant.

We were in the restaurant. We always eat particularly well and have very attentive, friendly service. We are particularly pleased that mainly vegetarian and also some vegan dishes are offered. There is always a smaller menu with meat and fish dishes. Prices tend to be on the higher end.

There is a lot of intention in the food, but little skill. Great idea with a focus on vegetables, but none of them had any taste! Apparently everything was served without salt?? The Rösti for an incredible €29 was very greasy and tasted a bit musty. So given the prices, the food simply HAS to taste impeccable. That doesn't add up. The waitress didn't care at all about my criticism of the Rösti. Venison ravioli were great.

We can only rate the restaurant. But it was incredibly good... service from another star... :-) And the food, including a classic Viennese schnitzel, was the best thing we've ever eaten... We're thrilled... . :-) :-) :-)

Locale raffinato, Personale educato e disponibile Pietanze eccellenti. Abbiamo voluto assaggiare il Duetto Berg-Lamm, un sapore veramente Buono. L'unica pecca i gnocchetti erano 5 di numero, forse ne occorreva qualcuno in più.

So far, I've always walked past the fink on my numerous visits to Brixen - it looked good, but didn't really catch me. The new, generous glazing should put an end to similar experiences: you can hardly resist looking under the arbors into the warmly lit interior - and you shouldn't! Florian Fink's new monastery kitchen relies on a wide vegetarian selection, local ingredients and traditional South Tyrolean dishes that are refined and creatively interpreted. From a quick lunch to an extensive fine dining menu: everything is possible, nothing is mandatory - no wonder that the restaurant was always full. It's best to extend your stay and stay overnight - the rooms are beautiful and designed with great attention to detail, without appearing overloaded or cold. The small spa is a real oasis of calm in the middle of the city and you can also look forward to breakfast: à la carte instead of buffet, but with small specialties from poached egg with truffle to porridge to broth 👌🏼 I'll be back (very soon).

Qui non si va semplicemente per "mangiare", ma si vive una eccezionale esperienza culinaria. Piatti unici, sorprendenti, nuovi nella loro affascinante antichità. Complimenti, anche al servizio. Roberto Mirabile, La Caramella Buona Onlus.

01/11/2024: Autumn lunch on an island of relaxation and pampering. Abundant and typical dishes. There were 2 of us passing through, and it was a pleasant surprise.
07/10/2024: Authentic place for companies, typical menu and local wines. We enjoyed a generous plate of Trentino-style snails and polenta, washed down by a young Teroldego. It is a place suitable for children in the large outdoor area. Sufficient parking, perhaps a little difficult for people with walking difficulties, as it is unpaved and slightly uphill. Sunday 6 October 2024 we returned and this time we ate inside, with the fireplace lit....as always, excellent welcome, both from the Manager and the Staff. Excellent dishes, worth mentioning, once again, are the Trentina-style snails, grilled lamb chops, platters of cold cuts, pans of striae and much more, because the gastronomic offer is rich. It closes in November, I don't know for how long, but we'll definitely be back in the spring.
