Restaurant Fink In Bressanone

This was our second time at the Fink – and it was another highlight. The hotel has been stylishly renovated, the rooms are high-quality and quiet, and the small spa area is a great place to relax. I'd especially like to mention the breakfast: in my opinion, the best hotel breakfast ever – fresh, regional, and simply outstanding. We can also highly recommend the restaurant. The cuisine is creative, regionally influenced, and perfectly seasoned. The Wiener Schnitzel, the veal loin, and the freshly baked bread are particularly memorable. The ambiance and service are stylish, friendly, and professional. The prices are on the high side, but the quality and experience fully justify it. For us, one of the most beautiful places in Brixen – we'll definitely be back.

I cannot say anything about the rooms as we were restaurant guests, but the food, wine and drinks are awesome - and the service level well trained! Definitely come here for good food and a great time in Brixen! Compared to other restaurants in the city, this is definitely a great place and I would love to try the rooms one day!

My review refers to the restaurant. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio here is completely out of whack. They charge €3 per person for a cover charge, despite the truly high prices for the dishes. The food tastes okay, but since the renovations, it seems as if they're trying to up the ante and therefore need a more sophisticated strategy. It's a shame. The service was, as always, good and friendly.

We stayed here on our way to Tuscany. This very stylishly renovated old palazzo is in the center of Bressanone. Easy access, and parking is easy in a spacious garage 200 meters from the hotel. Very friendly reception, a nice room, a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom is very nice, and the spa area is fantastic. The restaurant is modern but cozy. The food is regional, with many vegetarian and vegan dishes. The breakfast is exceptionally rich.

I had the pleasure of having lunch at the restaurant. The food was first-class, and the service was top-notch. The meal also came with a nice box of sweets, a pleasant surprise. I'd gladly return if I ever have the chance to visit Brixen again.

Recently and tastefully renovated under the arcades of Bressanone, this restaurant offers attentive and courteous service, but above all, refined and surprising cuisine. Everything is excellent and beautifully presented. Congratulations!

Fink top restaurant in Bressanone local food and not all doors are worth trying

Das renommierte Restaurant mit eigener Metzgerei wurde 2023 komplett renoviert, was sehr gelungen ist. Der Service top, die Speisen ausgezeichnet. Auf der Karte sind viele vegetarische Gerichte. Einziges Manko sind für mich die stolzen Preise und das leidige coperto welches auch in Süd-TIROL immer mehr um sich greift.
