Excellent hotel, charming, professional and courteous service.

The room was nice, and the spa was also nice, although the indoor pool temperature would have been a little warmer. The Brixen Card wasn't immediately available, and because of this, we used services that could have been free. We also tried the hotel restaurant; in my opinion, the food was good but overpriced for the portions served.

This is a prestigious classic hotel with a spacious garden located on the northern edge of the old town. The staff are all kind and cheerful, and the food is delicious.

It was a much more historic hotel than I expected, with friendly and comfortable staff.

The charm certainly lies in the rustic decor. The wellness area is relatively new and beautifully designed, but difficult to access. The fitness room offers rather limited options. All in all, OK.

A charming antique hotel. We didn't have a room in the building, but in the park, which was great! The garden is very beautiful, and you can use the pool, fitness equipment, and sauna. The room is appropriately decorated. The beds are clean, with a good mattress and more than one pillow. The bathroom is antique, with a baroque mirror and faucets. Very charming. There's a balcony to sit on. I slept well. The minibar is quite expensive. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast is nicely presented. There wasn't a huge selection of hot dishes, but it was enough for me. Lots of sweets, cold cuts, fresh fruit, rolls, and bread. I just wondered where the cooling racks were because the food was on the table... The cappuccino was good. There's parking outside, yes, but it's private property. There's no need to worry. The staff was friendly and even offered to help us with our luggage. Of course, the price of €300 for one night is quite steep. But for that, you get a clean room and good food. And I think that's important.

A house steeped in history, very stylish and elegant. Very clean and friendly.

Absolutely amazing beautiful place to stay

What a beautiful, comfortable historic hotel. We both loved it and hope to return one day. The restaurant is excellent, the breakfast room elegant with plenty of tasty offerings and the garden/pool area a delight. Traditional rooms are well furnished and a bathroon with top quality ceramics, taps, shower head etc. Came away with happy memories, a posh T-towel (elephant theme) and a beautiful and very stylish silk scarf ( elephant theme) at a very reasonable price.

Magnificent experience at the Apostle's restaurant. We loved the innovative introduction to the garden with Soliman's journey. The design of the hotel could be refreshed in my opinion. Generous breakfast. The location is quiet and well placed in the center of town. Quick access on foot.
