During our week-long vacation, we had the pleasure of dining and having breakfast several times at Ansitz Heufler. We were greeted with great kindness by the entire staff, especially Berry, who accompanied us with professionalism and great attention. The recommended dishes and wines are particularly worthwhile. The Renaissance stube (traditional parlors) are a true highlight and are worth a visit in and of themselves. The ambiance is enchanting and makes for a unique culinary experience. We had dinners at the Ansitz Heufler in Antholz-Anterselva. The location is wonderful! Food is excellent and can be enjoyed in a very relaxed environment. The little bar is very cozy and the staff knows how to mix drinks :). Staff is very attentive and kind. We were taken care of by Bernardino, who has a fab sense of humor and serves the guests with a great smile. We can only recommend to visit the Ansitz Heufler and I will definitively be back, when I return for the Biathlon World Cup next year. Happy days! PS: cannot judge the rooms, as we were staying in a different hotel. But on the website the rooms look very nice!

A place to return to, for its atmosphere and beauty. A place to return to, because the food is truly good. The wait staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. A special mention goes to Benny, who was able to recommend the various dishes on the menu with professionalism, helpfulness, and a delightful charm.

My family and I came for the Olympic biathlon event down the road and stayed for 6 nights. We loved it! The hotel is tucked away in a quaint village with fantastic mountain views all around. It is in an old building from the 1500’s that has a lot of character and beautiful woodwork throughout. They did great job of updating it with modern amenities while maintaining the historic charm…the rooms are clean and comfortable. Inside there is a restaurant/bar that serves breakfast and dinner. The breakfast platter is HUGE with all sorts of things from cakes, bread, jam, granola, etc. all of which is of high quality. The dinner restaurant is great as well…the risotto in particular was the best I have ever had. Most of all, the employees are what made the stay so memorable. We had a big group and they went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed at all times. We had an awesome experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. 10/10!

Wonderful, simple, and elegant rooms. The breakfast was prepared with great attention to detail and meticulous care in the selection of products! The drinks, served in the ambiance of the "old smokehouse kitchen," are also of a high standard and offer excellent value for money. We'd love to come back – next time for dinner too!

Great atmosphere, very good food, and high-quality ingredients. Unfortunately, the service and organization were lacking. One younger waiter, in particular, was very dismissive, arrogant, and at times quite unprofessional. He brought plates to the table without explaining them, failed to bring the extra butter we'd asked for three times, and there were other minor issues that unfortunately dampened our evening. On the other hand, the rest of the staff, especially one young woman, were fantastic—professional, polite, and very attentive. We will certainly return, hoping that next time everyone will behave as professionally as they should.

We were there for the 31st December dinner and the food was very very good, the service was attentive and overall it was noce to spend new year’s eve there. The building is amazing and the historical wooden stube is fantastic.

Great experience! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The stuffed cabbage, fritters, and pear with zabaglione were divine. Highly recommended!

Beautiful dinner, unique atmosphere and authentic dishes

Family dinner to celebrate a birthday. A stunning location, hard to miss given its street-facing location. From aperitif to dessert, we were impressed by the staff's desire to make you feel at home and pamper you. The entire menu features traditional dishes, classics prepared to perfection and deliberately served simply, so everyone can feel at ease. I had the best tagliatelle with mushrooms ever; well done to Chef Matteo.
