Nice location, buffet a little poor. Physiotherapy center, the therapist is excellent, but zero rating goes to whoever managed the booking for the therapies.

I had a really good time. Lake view room equipped with everything I needed, clean and scented towels. What makes the real difference in this hotel is the heated thermal pool. I have never seen such warm pools in any other hotel. Beautiful. Excellent breakfast and dinner. One thing I didn't like is the quite expensive paid parking. It would be nice if it was already included in the stay and not an addition. It is a hotel mainly for elderly people but despite this I found myself very well. I'll be back!

This hotel, recently renovated, offers comfortable rooms, a fantastic position in relation to the center of Sirmione, a wonderful thermal pool facing the lake, a new, well-organised and pleasant Spa area where you can enjoy the sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation room. Impeccable cleanliness! Convenient internal parking. Very good breakfast. The only sore point concerns the reception: the night service is incompetent and the day service lacks savoir faire. During the night of our stay, around 11.30pm, the fire alarm went off in a room next to ours and lasted a couple of hours, waking up all the guests who went down to the hall. The doorman was unable to deactivate the alarm, despite the guests inviting him to call the fire brigade and go and personally check room 223 from which the alarm was triggered. He simply called the room without going to check. It's impossible to understand why the alarm went off... In any case, the night was compromised until 01.30. When we left the following day, not only were there no apologies for what had happened, but the full rate was charged without any consideration. I worked in hotel management and if this had happened in my hotel, I certainly would not have charged for parking as a sign of respect. Sin!

Excellent hotel, we have been staying for years now, much improved after the restyling, the girls at reception are very kind. A special mention for the maître Marcello and his right-hand man Alessandro.
