A fantastic hotel with an excellent location the only aspect that is not completely positive is the restaurant with dinner that is not up to the standard of the hotel. Top breakfast

Good price quality. Reserved. Good service. Very kind and helpful. Satisfied.

Excellent hotel. Reception: very disorganized, one lady at the reception absolutely repulsive, the other very courteous and welcoming. There is no correct communication between the reservation switchboard and the hotel. Excellent outdoor pool, directly on the lake with warm water. New comfortable relaxation area with sauna and Turkish bath. The best physiotherapist I've ever met. The doctor who performs the insufflations is good, but the doctor who replaces him is terrible. Overall it is absolutely peaceful and it is already the third time I go. Let's hope for some improvements. Thanks also to all the very kind dining room staff.

Lovely service by the head waiter Pasquale who made sure my vegan friend had all the lunch options she wanted.
