We can report very positively after a week of vacation. We felt comfortable and every effort was made to ensure that the guests were well! Breakfast is identical every day and kept simple. The dinner is very good as a course menu and is of good quality. Generally the prices for drinks in the restaurant or bar were okay. The rooms are clean, modern and rather simply furnished. Bathrooms always clean with good reliable room service. Parking was always possible free of charge directly at the hotel. Top location of the hotel! Perfect and unbeatable for us! About the spa/pool: the spa area is rather small and manageable. The great garden with lots of loungers makes up for this somewhat. Small sauna for max. 4 people. The pool is a sulfur pool, which is particularly good for the skin. The smell of sulfur smells and is completely normal. Yes, you can smell it throughout the hotel, but you get used to it very quickly and we didn't find it a bother. On the contrary, our skin was wonderful after a week and the warm water was a relief. Negative reviews are not acceptable here. The pool was cleaned daily with a robot and a lifeguard is always present. We definitely recommend the hotel and would come again. Excellent hotel. Reception: very disorganized, one lady at the reception absolutely repulsive, the other very courteous and welcoming. There is no correct communication between the reservation switchboard and the hotel. Excellent outdoor pool, directly on the lake with warm water. New comfortable relaxation area with sauna and Turkish bath. The best physiotherapist I've ever met. The doctor who performs the insufflations is good, but the doctor who replaces him is terrible. Overall it is absolutely peaceful and it is already the third time I go. Let's hope for some improvements. Thanks also to all the very kind dining room staff.
