I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was truly thrilled. The risotto was simply impeccable: creamy, flavorful, and prepared with a care that was evident in every bite. The wine selection is top-quality and pairs perfectly with the dishes. The main courses were a real surprise, rich in flavor and presented with great attention to detail, and even the dessert confirmed the excellence of the cuisine—nothing to complain about, just savor it to the last detail. The staff were always present, attentive, and ready to make every guest feel truly welcomed. A complete and unforgettable experience, worth repeating.

An elegant restaurant (certainly not a trattoria) in the "ramshackle" center of La Spezia. We had a very good dinner with quality products and well-prepared in the kitchen. We only had fish dishes and, as mentioned, the fish was high quality. The only small disappointment was the dessert (zabaglione with biscuits), which wasn't up to par, but perhaps it wasn't to our taste. The bill isn't cheap, but the portions are fair for the quality. For two seafood appetizers, two very good seafood risottos, and an excellent lean cappuccino, plus a more than decent bottle of wine, we spent €150, but we ate really well, and five courses are too much. We'll be back. P.S.: The service was excellent, perhaps a little too fast.

A great experience at Sevieri in La Spezia! We enjoyed excellent trofie al pesto and delicious fried seafood. To finish, we had desserts and a delicious coffee. Friendly and professional service, a welcoming atmosphere. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!
