Everything was wonderful. It is a family run business and the workers are very friendly and helpful, giving us useful tips and ensuring our stay was exceptional. The facilities are very nice. After a hot day in Rome, bathing in the pool and getting to a room with AC feels refreshing. They also have a family run restaurant in which they serve delicious authentic food. The breakfasts are also delicious. Even though it is a bit far from Rome city center (I recommend renting a car if you stay here), I would 100% recommend and will be staying there again

Very friendly and helpful staff. Stop for various destinations about 5 minutes away. The owner of the place was very kind, calm and attentive. The structure is equipped with air conditioning and a small balcony, excellent breakfast included in the price. Lunch and dinner excellent value for money. Highly recommended. Simone the owner is a kind and helpful guy for everything, Villa Patrizia also has a shuttle service.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, good place to sleep on the outskirts of Rome. The manager, Simone, is very attentive, speaks Spanish and helps you with everything. I would repeat without a doubt

I loved my time at Villa Patrizia! I stayed there for almost a year and I'm so grateful for meeting such kind and sweet people. They were incredibly helpful. Also, I have to say, the food at their restaurant is very delicious. The hotel is beautifully decorated with greenery, which I appreciated.

The residence is located in a strategic position on the Laurentina, but in the midst of greenery, so the stay was particularly pleasant: the coolness, the silence, the internal parking and above all the beautiful swimming pool for regenerating breaks on these very hot days. The center can be reached by car in half an hour. The kindness of the owners makes you feel at home. We, three of us staying, booked a triple room, and we had an entire apartment with two separate bedrooms, so we also had the convenience of a larger space than the typical hotel room. Furthermore, if desired, there is also a pizza restaurant which we were unable to try. We will definitely be back.

Located south of Rome but 1 km from the ring road, it is the ideal place to experience the city and then relax without metropolitan stress. Highly recommended.

Location molto distinta e ambiente tranquillo, riservato ma nello stesso tempo informale. Cibi di qualità, preparati con mestiere. Ottima Pasta fatta in casa. Tutto a prezzi veramente competitivi. Ci tornerò spesso.
