The restaurant, located in a pedestrian area, boasts a bar attached to the sale of pastries. Very renowned among local VIPs for whom, having breakfast at Renzi or taking home a tray of Renzi mostaccioli is a must. It's okay, God forbid. However, I would like to evaluate only the pastry shop, as I don't have much experience with the cafeteria part of Renzi. I find the pastry products sold there delicious even if quite expensive. However, quality matters more than the monetary consideration so there is nothing to complain about in this regard. I just find the display of the production to be somewhat inadequate in terms of protecting the products from a hygienic point of view which, as often happens in hybrid sales points, not pure pastry shops, does not have adequate protection against contamination from crowding. Also be careful when handling money and food in the same area.

06/11/2024: What can I say? I discovered it by chance (and luckily I should say) and I'm very happy with it. The hospitality of the staff is given by many ingredients: kindness, human warmth, the ever-present smile, courtesy, cheerfulness... and what's more, the delicacies they make are a real delicacy, mouth-watering! They have biscuits (even with low sugar and lactose-free), cakes made by them, both normal and vegan or lactose-free. Croissants, little bags. Pinse, bread, loaves. Cafeteria (also lactose-free milk), tea, chocolate, aperitifs, juices... I only go for breakfast when I'm in Pescara, or for a snack before starting my work shift and it's a point of reference that I won't change for anything in the world!! A positive note, or rather a very positive one, goes to Rosa, cheerful and always kind to everyone, she makes you want to go to Toccaferro even just to see her smile and to cheer up your day. In practice, a panacea!

03/03/2025: Mizzica Sicilian Specialties in Pescara is a small corner of Sicily that absolutely deserves a visit. The place is welcoming and well looked after, perfect for a sweet break or a coffee with friends. The quality of the desserts is excellent: from cassata to cannoli, everything is prepared with fresh and authentic ingredients, in full respect of Sicilian tradition. Even the mini pastries are a delight, with balanced and never cloying flavours. The offer of tea and coffee is also excellent, ideal to accompany the specialties of the counter. The staff is very kind and always available to recommend the best options of the day. The service is fast and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. The prices are adequate for the quality of the products offered and, considering the goodness of the desserts, they are worth every penny. Mizzica is undoubtedly a point of reference in Pescara for those who love Sicilian pastries and want to indulge in a moment of sweetness in a relaxed and familiar environment. I will definitely be back to try other specialties!
