We went for lunch. I must say the staff were professional, quick, and kind.
The atmosphere was good. Good wine list. I had the creamed cod: excellent!
However, the tagliatelle with burnt wheat (a good plating) was too heavy with sauce. In the mouth, you could almost only taste the oil—flavorful, but oily. I'll be back because there are other dishes to try. Definitely recommend!

Today, for my 53rd birthday, I treated myself to this fantastic experience. We were immediately welcomed by the friendly and capable manager, and immediately felt at ease in a warm and comfortable environment. We ate wonderfully and received excellent advice on the white wine. A special mention goes to the ingredients used and the skilled hands that know how to showcase them. Compliments to the entire staff, and thanks again. Sorry for the photos, which don't do these wonderful dishes justice.

The atmosphere is truly welcoming, well-kept, and pleasant, ideal for both a quiet dinner and a special occasion. The dishes are an explosion of color and flavor: beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. You can taste the care taken in the selection of ingredients and the presentation. The staff is friendly and always smiling, always available. An experience I highly recommend—I'll definitely be back!

Couples' lunch, very satisfied, and not just because of the delicious food. Relaxed atmosphere, excellent music selection, and friendly, attentive staff. I'm gluten and lactose intolerant, but I found the staff very knowledgeable about dishes and ingredients. However, in cases like mine, I recommend letting me know when booking. Highly recommended, thank you!

True and clever cuisine. You have the real taste of all ingredients. It’s simple yet sophisticated. It’s indulgent without being heavy or having comfort food character.
I had the carrots with sour cream, sofrito and flax seeds crackers. Each bite was delicious. And then the cod with plum chutney and chard leaves. Original flavours especially with the chutney. Delicate and very clear approach that the chef is putting in the plate.

Very nice place in porta Venezia.
Service and atmosphere were quite nice.
The food is good overall, menu changes seasonally but I want to mention the fried mushrooms because they deserve a special mention.
Interesting list of natural wines.
A little bit pricey for the portion but overall a good experience

We chose the "business lunch" menu, which left us speechless: excellent food, complemented by the friendly and attentive staff. The bread was also amazing, as was the bagna cauda with vegetables and the cacio e pepe risotto with calamari stew. Highly recommended!

We went here for my daughter's confirmation, and Remulass confirmed what we already knew, having been there on other occasions: unique combinations, excellent flavors, and beautiful presentation! The staff were kind and welcoming!

We read about Remulass on the Michelin Guide and were intrigued to try it out while in Milan. We decided to go for the tasting menu, but overall, we left feeling a bit disappointed. The staff were very friendly and attentive, although there was an unusually long 30+ minute gap before our final main course, which broke the flow of the meal.
The food itself was good and nicely presented, but the all-vegetarian menu lacked that element of surprise or creativity we were hoping for in a tasting experience. It was pleasant but didn’t really stand out in a memorable way.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the wine selection. We chose a Sauvignon Blanc from Italy’s Dolomites region, a wine we had never tried before. Unfortunately, it had a very strong, pungent aroma and unusual taste that initially repulsed us. When we asked about it, the staff explained that it’s sometimes nicknamed “pipi de gato” (cat’s urine), something we really wish we’d been warned about beforehand! Although we eventually came to somewhat appreciate its uniqueness by the end of the dinner. The staff did offer to change the wine, which we appreciated, but it would have been helpful if they had advised us beforehand about how distinctive and unconventional it was.
All in all, while the atmosphere was pleasant and service warm, the overall experience didn’t quite meet expectations.
