A pleasant dinner for two. Interesting menu with tasty dishes paired with delicious dishes. Extremely friendly service, and the maitre d' was very hands-on, even just for a chat. An experience worth repeating to try another seasonal offering.

I went with the highest expectations, but they weren't enough. The menu has three dishes for each item (excellent) but is poorly conceived. For example: risotto for the first course, rice cake for the second course, parmigiana ravioli for the first course, eggplant for the second course—if you don't eat eggplant, you're out! Speaking of the parmigiana ravioli: it's not a ravioli, but a rustic pie with the same dough as the rice cake, but filled with a brown cream that vaguely tastes like parmigiana. The ingredients are certainly good, but the rest leaves much to be desired. The bill for a sharing portion of turnips and breadsticks, two first courses, two second courses, one dessert, and one bottle of wine is €170.

We went to Remulass this evening for the first time (after months of following all the Instagram posts, including those by Ratana) with great enthusiasm and expectations... which, however, were largely disappointed. Let me explain: first impressions of the place—really too informal, with colorful plastic tables and no tableware. The young woman who welcomed us was very empathetic, kind, and helpful, but the young man at the table never turned around to check on us for the rest of the dinner. When we called several times for another glass of wine, he never answered. He never cleared crumbs from the table, and he didn't clear the empty plates within a reasonable time (20 minutes). The ingredients were excellent... but the ravioli filled with parmigiana (a fantastic idea) was too dry and more like a tart than a ravioli. The breadsticks are the house specialty, but if you don't pay extra, you can even get a sample with the bread (which was definitely good). The portions were very small, especially considering the very high price. Two appetizers, two first courses, and two glasses of wine for €100 is definitely too much.

A charming and well-kept restaurant. The refined menu features balanced, subtle flavors and a good selection (too much would compromise the quality of the food). The plates are clean, and the service is helpful and courteous. I tried the lunch menu, which surprised me. The atmosphere is elegant and quiet, perfect for conversation. I recommend it!

Exceptional food (truly one of the best risottos I've ever had), lovely place, and truly friendly and passionate people. I'll be happy to return!

The restaurant's atmosphere is small and beautiful, so I recommend arriving early. The restaurant offers vegetarian and fish dishes. I found it a bit pricey, but the lunchtime tasting menu was delicious. I'll be back to try other dishes!

Mainly vegetarian and fish restaurant, very well-kept and particular and variable. Quiet and well-kept.

A small refuge for those who love a cozy atmosphere: a few tables, soft lighting, and that pleasant feeling of being ‘few but good’. Booking is a must! The cuisine is a curious and experimental journey, in search of its own identity. It is a place that invites you to return, to understand it better, to be surprised again. Prices are a little above average, but the quality of the ingredients stands out.

Best food i’ve had in Italy. I’ll think about that Risotto before I sleep everyday now. Only thing i have to say is that they charged me for wine when i never had it. The service was not the best but the food made up for it 100%

I went to Remulass for lunch today and tried the menu of the day: a truly amazing experience. One dish in particular left me speechless — coconut milk soup, mussels and tomato water. At the first spoonful I felt transported to Thailand, with a balance of exotic and intense flavors that I hadn't tried in a long time. I really hope it becomes a permanent part of the menu: it's a unique creation. The peppers in tuna sauce were also excellent, delicate but full of flavor, reinterpreted with great elegance. The service was impeccable. A special thanks to Elena and Giorgia, who with their friendliness, professionalism and hospitality made us feel at home right away. I can't wait to return and be surprised by other dishes. Congratulations to the whole team!
