I'm a regular at this pizzeria and I love their gourmet pizza: for me, it's the absolute best in all of Sassari. Every bite is a journey of flavors, each one better than the last. The combinations of ingredients, always carefully chosen, are amazing. The "Pancrock" is simply delicious. During the Christmas season, they make panettone that are out of this world. I can't wait. The staff is incredibly kind, and the owner is always smiling and welcoming. I don't recommend it, but I highly recommend it!

Excellent gourmet pizzas, a lovely place for both a dinner with friends or a more intimate affair with your partner.

Good and tasty pizza... but I didn't find what I expected, especially considering the price. The pizzas are good, yes, but they seem to be trying too hard to achieve a gourmet touch; not quite right for my tastes. Yes, you did add the basil emulsion with the burrata, but nothing more...

I'm not a pizza fan, but I really loved this one. Perfect dough, quality ingredients, and great attention to detail. The selection of craft beers, wines, and appetizers is also excellent, completing an already top-notch experience. We specifically traveled to Cagliari after discovering that the pizza chef is ranked 27th in the world, and after trying the pizza, I sincerely hope he reaches the top 10. Unfortunately, the pizza dedicated to Chef Pomata wasn't available, but it will definitely be a good reason to return. Highly recommended!

A unique, unusual, and very welcoming place. Delicious pizzas and delicious desserts; the highlight are the sandwiches served by the slice. Recommended for those who want to eat somewhere alternative but still elegant.

Not up to expectations It's a renowned pizzeria in Sassari, even featured in the Michelin guide, and I admit I appreciated their attempt to offer a varied menu that explores different pizza textures: from thin and crispy to those with a thick crust. However, the overall experience didn't convince me. We opted for crispy and thin pizzas, but the dough, while spectacular, wasn't particularly light. Digestion wasn't easy, and this detracted from the enjoyment of the dinner. The restaurant is well-kept, the atmosphere pleasant, but the final bill seemed rather high for the quality. An experience that doesn't fully live up to the expectations generated by the restaurant's reputation. I can't give it more than 4 stars.

Incuriosito dai vari premi e opinioni decido di andare a provare i tanto commentati impasti creati con farine di qualità. Decidiamo di prendere una pizza e un burger, la prima cosa che notiamo è l'ottimo servizio, la ragazza molto gentile e disponibile ci accoglie e serve nel migliore dei modi. La pizza è composta da ingredienti di qualità e l'impasto molto particolare e croccante, ci sorprende perché nonostante sia atipica, è molto saporita. Quindi perché ho messo 3 invece di 5 nonostante l'ottima pizza e il servizio di qualità? Per due motivi, il primo è che l'hamburger (servito in 6 grandi spicchi) nonostante la generosa quantità, era super asciutto e il pane (magari sbaglio) non sembrava fresco, è solo una sensazione perché immagino fosse fresco. Rimane il fatto che lo abbiamo mangiato a fatica e visto il prezzo di 18€ (secondo motivo) mi aspettavo indubbiamente di più, molto di più e non parlo di quantità che per mio gusto poteva essere anche inferiore ma di qualità. Alla fine prendiamo anche due caffè e due digestivi (gentilmente offerti). Tutto sommato è un bel locale, con un ottimo servizio ma ha abbassato di tanto l'esperienza il burger. Tornerò per gustare altre pizze, ve le consiglio. Prezzi un po' alti ma sicuramente sono dettati dagli ingredienti di qualità e sulla qualità non si risparmia.

Con questa pizzeria sassarese supero le 70 pizzerie con 3 spicchi Gambero Rosso attualmente in classifica. Ambiente carino, arredato con gusto, adatto al tipo di lavoro. Accoglienza e servizio ottimo! In due siamo riusciti a provare due tipologie di pizze il Pan Crock che lo inserirei nelle eccellenze italiane come tipologia di pizza e la tonda croccante, buona ma non da ricordare. Gli abbinamenti sono stati consigliati dal cameriere in sala e debbo dire che non manca la creatività. Ottimo anche il sorbetto alla mandorla. Peccato non propongano delle degustazioni per far provare tutte le tipologie di pizze.
