Delicious dishes with simple (and excellent quality) ingredients but combined in an original way, excellent value for money. The owner's love for what he does shines through in every moment of this culinary experience, which I will certainly repeat.

A pizzeria experience different from all the others in the city. And certainly also the only pizzeria of national level in terms of offer and refinement of the recipes. The menu discussion has been archived (and promoted), how can we not mention the environment, welcoming and tastefully developed. Last but not least, we were pampered and helped by the staff, in particular the girl (Giuliana) was really smart, she made us various proposals, always interesting and attentive to our (many) needs being a table of over ten people. Basically, if you want to have a nice evening at a pizzeria, re|mi is the right place

Mirinzana is an almost perfect pizza.
The classic margherita is excellent, but the tomato's high acidity stands out, which turns one's nose up.
The pepper and truffle provola I ate was the most disappointing: the mint and lemon cover every other flavour, leaving behind only the excessive fatness of the provola used, the used truffle, very delicate, is unpleasantly annihilated.
The dough with its unique and refined mix of flours, its crunchy consistency and masterful cooking gives emotions.
Exceptional desserts and service.
I give 5 stars because in any case, in addition to working on a formidable dough, it is the only pizzeria that, instead of throwing ingredients haphazardly onto the pizzas and throwing them into the oven, works head-on in this city and I am sure that in fact the owner will not take these things negatively my criticisms.

Tasty and innovative pizzas. The menu is not as extensive as in other pizzerias but all the pizzas are interesting and very inviting. Large selection of craft beers. Not a very large place, bright and cheerful. Even when it's full there's no noise. Staff, courteous, attentive and competent. The price is commensurate with the quality of the ingredients and the service. Optimal.
