Truly an excellent experience. This isn't your typical pizzeria, but, as they rightly point out, a tasting pizza. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch and perfectly complements the star of the show: an extraordinary dough, flavorful and light as a cloud. The variety of dough options is interesting, and they're all delicious. For me, another great strength is the wine list, which reveals careful and original research into pairings: there's no shortage of sweet wines (hallelujah) to accompany dessert, a rare and much-appreciated detail. Impeccable service: friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff, clearly caring about both the customer and the products they serve. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly superior pizza-related gastronomic experience, not just a simple dinner, for the same price.

We visited this pizzeria and had a wonderful time! Besides the truly delicious and light pizzas, I want to give special praise to the waitress, Desiré: always smiling, attentive, and helpful, she made us feel pampered from start to finish. She was able to advise us with great kindness and professionalism, making the evening even more enjoyable. Kudos to her and the entire staff; we'll definitely be back!

A very pleasant experience! The staff was friendly, helpful, and fast! They were very careful to ensure everything was done well. We tried all the different types of dough, and the quality was very high, with original and innovative options. I absolutely recommend trying this pizzeria.

09/10/2025: Fantastic. Traditional pastries, seadas made and prepared to order, delicious. A true place. Where Sardinia knows how to exist without losing its essence.
21/09/2025: Leaving Colombo Park, our stroll was enriched by a wonderful discovery: 'The Art of Taste'. The name is a promise kept: in every dish, you can sense the care and love for the product. We chose the culurgiones and the ricotta and lemon ravioli. It was a pleasure to watch the lady preparing them right in front of us! The pasta was perfect, and the fillings, generous and well-balanced, made everything even more special. After the first course, we couldn't resist their pastries. We sampled fabulous amaretti and formaggelle, but the real highlight was the seadas, freshly prepared and cooked to order. It was simply superb! The portions are very generous, the prices fair, and the kindness of the owner added an extra touch that never hurts. The restaurant offers both dine-in and take-out options. If you want to savor authentic Sardinian cuisine, this is the place to be.

16/08/2025: Very nice place with an outdoor terrace. Very good food. I recommend the appetizer with 8 tastings and the spaghetti with clams and bottarga. Prices are average. Friendly service. I recommend it.
15/08/2025: Yesterday we were at Sale e Peppe 14/08/25 We ordered Fregula, a very tasty dish, costs 18 euros. The portion is quite large and there are a lot of shellfish. For dessert I ordered Millesfoglie con la crema (layered cake with cream) 8 euros. I was disappointed! I didn’t feel any cream there, there were only two thin layers. And all of this is covered with jam, which is very sweet and cloying. The portion is small and the most expensive for dessert. I don’t recommend it!
