Aperitif in the square in front of Pinerolo Cathedral, very very beautiful.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia come servizio che come qualità dell'aperitivo. Posizione del locale fantastica.

Aperitivo in Pinerolo, a place we chose by chance. The first round consisted of two cocktails and a platter (an extra one, not the one they bring). The drinks were good and well presented, but the platter was a bit meager for two people and overpriced for what was on offer. I'm lactose intolerant, so we asked for less cheese since my companion eats it, and the waiter was kind and said it was fine. The platter consisted of: a bowl of black olives, two (and I mean two) small pieces of focaccia, three slices of raw salami, four slices of spicy spianata, and three pieces of mortadella, plus two types of cheese. I say the platter was a bit meager only because, since it's mostly made up of cured meats and cheeses, I think you could have a bit more focaccia. The second round consisted of two more cocktails, and they were still excellent, both in taste and presentation. There's a special deal whereby on the second round they offer you fries with three sauces, but we only got two (ketchup and mayo). Everything was good, though: freshly made fries, crispy, and not at all greasy. The cocktails are perhaps a little pricey, but if you go to the center of Turin, you'll pay the same. The staff is very friendly. We'll definitely be back to try all the other drinks.

Ho prenotato online tramite la piattaforma Plateform, e stato semplice e veloce da fare, ricevendo in pochi minuti la conferma della prenotazione da parte loro, avevo prenotato la saletta cinema che e molto carina e con un po di privacy, per magari un compleanno e in generale festeggiare un evento. e all'arrivo al bar, abbiamo trovato in tavolo tutto ordinato con i menu. In conclusione ci siamo trovati bene.

Imperfect service, after several minutes of waiting for a beer we were told that it was finished, and then that the tap had exploded (I quote verbatim). But I appreciated the free 3 portions of chips. Crazy prices, 6 euros for a 33 cl bottled beer. Nice and helpful waitresses, slightly forgetful.
