I would like to point out that my review is for the restaurant linked to the inn, but in any case the management is the same. What can I say, a very traditional, well-kept and clean location. Menu made up of traditional and local dishes from the valley, with some small innovations that do not disturb at all and are rather very pleasant. Very attentive but not intrusive service and the bill is more than adequate for the quantity and quality of that that we ate. What can I say, we will definitely be back.

Delicious food and really friendly staff! Everything delicious from the mixture of starters to dessert. It's rare to find vegan options, there's an entire tasting menu here. I will definitely be back!
