Decent relais near Todi. The structure has a lot of potential: beautiful rooms equipped with all comforts, quiet environment and surrounded by greenery. Too bad about the services: the pool needs fixing (the rubber in several places has come unstuck); the spa area in addition to having the jacuzzi out of order (due to a fault that they told you was temporary) was not very clean; the cafeteria service during breakfast was very slow... The staff at the reception, on the other hand, were really kind and welcoming.
