Relais Blu Restaurant In Palermo

We went to this hotel for part of our honeymoon. I cannot say enough how amazing our stay was. From the absolutely stunning room with a view of the sea and Capri to the amazing staff. We loved that it was a smaller hotel run by family. The details of our room were perfect. The food was delicious it has also a restaurant that has a Michelin star. The infinity pool is gorgeous and the sunset and sunrise there is unbelievable. We highly recommend this hotel. The property is gorgeous. The staff were incredible. Very warm and inviting it felt like we were their only guests when we weren't. We hope to come back another time to this dreamy hotel. Thank you so much for everything. We loved every moment there especially our fish key! So romantic I hope we can return again.

Two relaxing days! First and foremost, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The gourmet restaurant and breakfast were excellent, with exceptional products! We'll be back.

Five stars! I stayed at Relais Blu because I love this location so much that I celebrated my wedding there. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by the kindness, professionalism, and elegance of the staff, which is evident from the moment you greet them. In particular, the property manager and the maitre d' are top notch! Impeccable service, followed by a refined menu with attention to detail. The chef is amazing! As for the location, it needs no publicity because it speaks for itself! The first impression I had from the start was "feeling in paradise," truly a dream you'd like to experience every day. The rooms are wonderful, some with gardens. Perfection is obviously achieved with the suites with a whirlpool tub or a view of Capri! What more can I say? I can't wait to go back! Absolutely recommended!

Great experience especially with Bianca who hosted us with exceptional care and hospitality. She gave great suggestions, offers to help and constantly checks on us to see if we need anything - all without being asked. The stay itself is comfortable with huge and clean rooms with perfect views of sunrise, sunset, and the vast seas overlooking Capri island. The only gripe is the inconvenient location. The drive in is long but if you want tranquility, this is a beautiful place

The location is a dream: a unique view, with Capri in the background, making every moment magical—especially at sunset. The Michelin-starred chef led us on a surprising, refined, and never boring journey of flavors. Each course was a discovery, with bold yet perfectly balanced combinations, impeccable presentation, and excellent ingredients. The service was impeccable: professional, attentive, and never intrusive. The wine pairings enhanced each dish and completed a truly memorable sensory journey. Relais Blu is more than just a restaurant, it's an experience. A place where cuisine becomes art and where every detail speaks of passion, research, and a love of excellence. We will definitely return.

We stayed two nights, what can I say, an enchanting place with a view of Capri, a very good and plentiful breakfast. Very kind staff, we had dinner one evening in their restaurant... top. When we return to these parts we will definitely stop again, because it is one of the best we have stayed at.

I haven't given 5 stars with such conviction for a while: this place is enchanting, it's heaven on earth, a wonderful hotel, divine food, very kind staff... sure, obviously you have to pay, but I hope with all my heart to be able to return because it really is the best of the best!

Non si può descrivere un sogno, puoi solo viverlo. Andateci e vivetelo!! Ps: non ho scattato foto ai piatti perché nel ristorante stellato non puoi perdere tempo con le foto, mangia e goditelo!

Ero stato giù in questo ristorante a fine estate 2024 e sono stato da dio, sono tornato ad aprile2025 ed è stato neanche la metà buona dell ultima volta. Eravamo in quattro abbiamo preso i menù degustazione purtroppo alcuni piatti non ci sono proprio piaciuti e anche il servizio non è stato dei migliori dato che il ristorante a una stella Michelin. Speriamo in una giornata no che a tutti può capitare , in tanto solo tre pallini.
