Dad is an exceptional chef, capable of creating dishes that enhance the authentic flavors of Puglia with a touch of originality. Mom in the kitchen is the soul of the restaurant, with her passion and dedication found in every course. And then there is Paolo, who with his kindness and professionalism makes you immediately feel at home. We enjoyed a memorable lunch, from the appetizers with fresh local products to the first courses of homemade pasta, up to the fresh fish cooked in a sublime way. You can clearly perceive the love and care that this family puts into their work, and this translates into a culinary experience of the highest level. The service is impeccable, attentive and never intrusive. The prices are absolutely honest considering the quality of the dishes and the welcoming atmosphere.
