This establishment is no longer very young, but has been sublimely restored with great taste. The rooms have high ceilings, which is very pleasant, creating a wonderful sense of space. I highly recommend it, and the town of Pinerolo is also very beautiful, with large pedestrian areas, bars, and pastry shops with huge terraces, perfect for aperitifs and snacks for the kids. And what about the market, where the bargains for clothing, shoes, and food are incredible!

15/08/2025: In my opinion, the best gelato in Turin and the surrounding area. Amazing flavors, a must-try, and the owner is incredibly kind. You have to try it to believe it.
13/08/2025: The gelato is delicious, not too sweet. The whipped cream is homemade and delicious, too. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

19/01/2025: Really typical and quiet place, we tried the raclette. There is a raclette per table, very good as well as scenic, accompanied by meat and vegetables to be cooked on the grill, cold cuts and pickled vegetables. Everything is delicious and plentiful, they bring meat and cold cuts at will, water and wine are on the side. Dinner with 3/4 bottles of house red wine, water, liqueurs and a dessert each is €48. The place is worth it, the only problem is the service, there are few waiters and bringing the dishes or drinks becomes a bit slow, perhaps too much.
