Refined environment and top quality food. Above all, carpaccio of amberjack and purple prawn marinated with citrus fruits and fingerfish with sea urchin sauce. Sensational, unique.

Absolutely one of the best meals I've had in Italy. The atmosphere is so incredible, the restaurant being situated in front of the Duomo. The staff were friendly, and even though there was en error in my booking they still accommodated me. And then the food - absolutely fabulous. Could not recommend the gnocchi with lobster sauce enough. Absolutely worth visiting.

Posto Elegantissimo che non ha bisogno di Tante presentazioni. Parafrasando Agostino, potremmo dire: Bellezza & Bontà Antica e Sempre nuova. Anche stavolta mi sono fidato del consiglio in sala: pesce del giorno con contorno di vellutata di Carote e verdure cotte a vapore ..ottimo il vino siciliano per il pairing: la cantina è pari al prestigio del Palazzo Nobiliare (Borgia del Casale) in cui è inserito il Ristorante Regina Lucia. Il Dessert vale il viaggio ed anche i petits fours col caffè. Staff di sala e cucina accoglienti e super attenti ai dettagli. Si ritorna Sempre dove si è stati Bene ..e tornare qui fa Bene anche al cuore.

This restaurant is located across from the Duomo in the plaza.The dinner was good and so was the service. The waiter did the best that he could, even bring a stool to place my camera that I had put on the floor. We had a wonderful experience at this place and will remember it as one of the best eating places in Sicily.

Considered one of the best seafood restaurants in Syracuse. It has a great atmosphere if you sit outside in the evening. I had a 4-course meal and the food was good and the recommended local wine was also good.

Incredible experience at this Michelin Guide restaurant. The fixed course meals are a must, with most options being some of the best food we’ve ever had. The wine pairings were perfect. Service was impeccable. I’d rate 6/5 if I could. You will not be disappointed!

19/04/2025: Das stylische und Schöne Restaurant verfügt über eine große und gute Auswahl an Speisen. Von Lamm bis Kaninchen kann man eine tolle Auswahl treffen. Durch die regionalen Produkte und sympathische Köche kann man hier hervorragend speisen. Man muss reservieren und es lohnt sich.
01/01/2025: Non so più quante volte sono stato in questo ristorante. Mai una delusione. Sono voluto venirci anche per il cenone di Capodanno. Qualità del cibo eccellente. Fantasia nella preparazione delle vivande, senza sconfinare in invenzioni insulse senza sostanza. Tutto merito dello chef Gianni. Servizio impeccabile e rispetto dei tempi fino alla mezzanotte. Tutto merito di Laura.

25/05/2025: A gem in the heart of Syracuse! Osteria del Principe is an authentic experience of Sicilian flavors, with dishes that are meticulously prepared and the freshest ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is friendly, attentive but never intrusive. The catch of the day and the traditional first courses revisited with creativity are highly recommended. A place to return to again and again!
