This morning I stopped at this pastry shop and, I admit, choosing what to order was surprisingly difficult. The products all seemed excellent just by looking at them, they all catch the eye and it is difficult to understand which one to choose; I would have gladly tried them all. The tenerina cake was spectacular, very soft and sweet. The coffee was also not bad, a detail that is absolutely not trivial, especially for someone who, like me, comes from a week abroad far away, with good espresso. The puff pastries won me over so much that I had to order a savory croissant too: the adjective “spectacular” does not do enough to describe it. Excellent experience.
A positive note also for the staff: super friendly, which never hurts.

I used to go here to have more or less decent breakfasts, eat something of higher quality than the average found around and spend even more to do it (rightly so). Lately it's a lottery, if you're lucky you find a good croissant or puff pastry but if you're unlucky like me you find them I wouldn't say inedible, but certainly far from the quality that had convinced me to return. With prices like that the stuff should always be good, not every now and then. Nothing to say about cakes, pastries etc... However I recommend having cheaper breakfasts elsewhere for the same quality.

We had an amazing breakfast here, every item from the pastries to the coffee and spremuta was delicious. Do expect longer queues during peak hours.

Regina di Quadri, Bologna.
I met it by chance on TV (it won as the best pastry shop in the city), I went to check it out in person to confirm the suspicion that this type of broadcast was ‚rigged‘.
WELL, since then it has been my EXCELLENCE pastry shop! Classic desserts and top experiments, it has never disappointed me, never!
P.S. I have also read negative reviews and I assure you that they can only be dictated by envy or released ‚on commission‘. Try it and you will tell me! 😋

I ordered two cakes for graduation and they were really good. Soft, the ingredients delicious and there wasn't even a hint of liqueur (and for those who don't like liqueur like me it's a perfect solution). Truly recommended pastry shop
