The pastry shop is top-notch, well done Maestro. The five stars are well-deserved. The staff's attitude—everyone, except for one consistently friendly young man—needs some attention, however: unfriendly and arrogant. Most of the time, it feels like they're doing you a favor. I understand the high traffic, perhaps not always polite, but that's no excuse for lowering the quality of service, which is currently mediocre.

Excellent pastries and fantastic cream. The prices are very high, and especially the macchiato coffee is more expensive than the regular one. I've always loved this quintessentially Italian feature of being able to order coffee in a variety of ways without the extra charge!

Truly an excellent place, I often come here with friends and always recommend it to friends passing through Bologna: it's definitely worth stopping by.
It's true, the prices are a bit higher than other places, but this isn't just a café. It's a true pastry shop, with quality artisanal products, and this certainly deserves to be valued over mass-produced ones.
The location is unfortunately quite small and there's almost always a line, but that's okay: the wait makes you crave even more and also allows you to calmly browse all the delicacies on display before choosing.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Best pastries in town. Service is always excellent, and the staff are wonderful.
Every time I'm in Bologna, I make sure to come here every day in the. morning and in the afternoon. Their espresso is also good and their bombolone and cakes are best in class!

Extremely expensive and disappointing. How come they put chocolate mousse inside a croissant? The biggest disappointment you could ever get from a pastry shop. And they sell hazelnut spread.
