Queen Royals in Taste: bow to flavor! Here you eat, you smile... and you return. Always. There are evenings when the palate is thrilled and the heart thanks you. Last night was like that. Spaghetti alla Signora Franca? A hymn to brilliant simplicity: garlic, oil, zafarana sauce, bread crumbs, and that Parmesan mousse that makes you pause all conversation. Then comes U'Differente, and you realize the name doesn't lie: it's a single dish, but with half the menu inside and double the flavor—fried burrata, scottona burger, eggplant mushroom sauce... a carousel ride for hungry adults. And to finish: Il Dolce Crusco, a Calabrian poem: zafarana sauce, dark chocolate, fiordilatte, honey, pistachio. A perfect masterpiece to end a dinner... or start another. Here, nothing is left to chance, not even the plates or glasses; everything is carefully chosen, with innovative shapes and details that make the difference. Behind all this is Pierluigi, the true driving force and brilliant soul of the place: he welcomes you, guides you, and reins you in if you order too much, but only to ensure you enjoy everything to the fullest. The value for money? Fairly good. The only flaw, being Neapolitan, is that he's a Juventus fan. Yes, we forgive him for that. After the fried eggplant parmigiana, even that can be forgiven.

A weekend in Praia and I had the pleasure and fortune of dining at Regina RealiNel Gusto di Pierluigi and I can say that it was one of the best gastronomic experiences of recent years! The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, the menu is a perfect balance between tradition and creativity. Impeccable service and Pierluigi TOP! More than fair value for money, considering the ingredients, the care in preparation and the overall experience. Highly recommended!!!

Delizia per il palato. Abbiamo preso un pacchero alla Luciano (pistacchio, stracciatella, datterino giallo e mortedella di suino nero), una T-bone di frisone e per finire un dolce crusco.
