Really enjoyed our stay here. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful private beach a 15 minute boat ride away. Good restaurants on site. Will be dreaming of our return

Seriously disappointed by this 5 star. It feels like a mall in Orange County, the boundary of the hotel vs town are not clear so it doesn’t feel Safe and confidential, the reception is also the town’s taxi station, the rooms are tiny and dark, you don’t see an ounce of sea or nature. The pool is fairly basic. The only good thing is the breakfast and the staff

Excellent hotel in every way! The staff is very kind, smiling, and always available to help and advise us. I celebrated my birthday in Sardinia, and the manager gave me a lovely surprise: I discovered a magnificent cake when I got to my room! They are all adorable! The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is incredible! We have access to the hotel's private beach by boat, but what more could you want? :D You will feel truly privileged in this hotel, that's for sure! A huge thank you to Matteo for the hotel tour, to Alessandro, without whom I would have wasted a lot of time planning my stay because he booked everything and planned my entire trip, and to Christian for all his help and his always warm and gentlemanly welcome. THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM AND SEE YOU SOON! :)

TV doesn’t work, bit close to beachfront

Incredible stay, exceeded expectations. Facilities are great including but not limited to, the onsite pool, the gym set across the pool area started the day off perfectly and the breakfast was superb! To top it off and what made it extra extra special was the service provided to their own private beach, just exceptional!

Only every level the service, food and drinks were exceptional. We would walk around the resort each night and look at the menus of other restaurants but find ourselves coming back to the hotel every evening to eat at their restaurant because it was the best. Exceeded our expectations all around.

Outstanding service and a fantastic location make Cervo Hotel a great choice in Sardinia. The ambience is elegant, and valet parking was very efficient — a smooth arrival experience. I especially enjoyed the Bellinis at the bar during aperitif hour — perfectly made. Breakfast was also satisfying with a good variety. The room was a decent size, though a few improvements would enhance comfort: a softer mattress, a quieter AC unit, and the addition of body or hand lotion in the bathroom. The outdoor gym near the pool is a great concept, but a bit more privacy would make it more enjoyable. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were exceptional, and I highly recommend Cervo Hotel when visiting Sardinia.

Our experience at Hotel Cervo, Costa Smeralda was truly outstanding. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The lifeguard staff were incredibly attentive, always quick to set up towels without us needing to ask. The team at the Cervo Bar was warm, friendly, and made every visit special. Breakfast staff were so accommodating and kind, making each morning a delight. A huge thank you to the front desk team, especially the young man with dark hair whom I can’t remember the name of right now, Christian, and Tullio, who helped us with everything weather it be from dinner reservations to booking activities and cars. They were the most helpful and professional hotel staff we’ve ever met. Our room was flawless, thanks to the amazing cleaning team who made sure everything was perfect every day. We can’t wait to return. Thank you Hotel Cervo, for an unforgettable stay!

From the charming surroundings of Porto Cervo to the unforgettable sunsets over the water, it felt like we were living in a dream.
