Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! From the moment we checked in at Cervo Hotel, Costa Smeralda Resort, our experience was nothing short of outstanding. As a large family traveling together, including my grandmother who uses a wheelchair, we were thoroughly impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the entire hotel staff. The check-in process was seamless and truly amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our rooms were next to each other, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. It was clear from the start that the staff at Cervo Hotel genuinely care about their guests' comfort and satisfaction. Our rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and impeccably clean. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it made us feel right at home. The comfort and elegance of the rooms added to the overall fantastic experience. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and gentle, going out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They took exceptional care of my grandmother, assisting her at every turn and making sure she had everything she needed. Their thoughtfulness truly made our stay special. The breakfast service was another highlight. The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating our various needs and making sure we had a delightful dining experience each morning. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone’s tastes. Additionally, the hotel staff managed our numerous pieces of luggage with efficiency and care, making the process seamless and stress-free. They even recommended a boat trip for us, which turned out to be a fantastic experience, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our vacation. We are already looking forward to our next visit, and it is solely because of the exceptional service provided by the wonderful staff at Cervo Hotel. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

I visited this location in the evening. Super ok view. Crowded location.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pool was not inviting at all. It’s surrounded by buildings. When you’re staying at a coastal resort you want to see the water and you cannot from the pool. I barely had a glimpse of the sea from my room. Room was nice enough. The food was great. Staff were pleasant and the location to all the shops at the marina was great. I did take the boat to the private beach for a couple hours. I did not know Thai service existed I only stumbled upon it but this was great. I would stay here again if I need a hotel in the area and no where with better ocean views and a better pool is avaliable. Not a 5 star resort. I have no pictures to share because I took none.

This is definitely not a 5 star resort. Rooms are small and uncomfortable, mattresses like a rock. But location nice and staff very friendly.

I stayed on two different occasions. In both cases the experience was wonderful. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and particularly at this hotel they always make me feel welcome. The rooms are fantastic, the location is excellent, but the highlight is the attention of the staff. The staff is super friendly, very professional and absolutely helpful. It is what makes the difference so that a vacation in Costa Esmeralda is perfect. SAFETY PIN.
