09/02/2026: We've loved this standing bar for many years. It's amusing to read some reviews complaining about not being "waited." That's the whole point of an Italian standing bar: you order drinks and snacks at the bar, find a spot at the counter, and enjoy them there 🤷 It's a classic bar straight out of the 70s, with everything you could want. They have great tramezzini, panini, and all kinds of savory and sweet pastries, plus good Spritz and coffee. And the prices aren't any higher than other bars in Venice, even though it's right in front of St. Mark's Basilica in St. Mark's Square. After countless Venice reviews, we always love coming back here for a quick Spritz and a snack.
