Eating in this little restaurant is always a treat.
Chef Silvia, who takes care of the kitchen and dining room, welcomes you with the warmth and friendliness of a true hostess.
The dishes are simple but refined, a satisfaction for the eyes and an enjoyment for the palate.
Definitely worth trying is the veal with tuna sauce, the workhorse together with the knife steak, tajarin with ragù, pork cheek, and the amazing hazelnut cake with freshly prepared zabaglione.
And then the King, the boiled meat that only here is served as it deserves, in the tureen still immersed in its broth and accompanied by the seven traditional Piedmontese sauces.
Wine list not very extensive but of quality, and prices adequate for the service.
Absolutely worth trying again.

Very nice and clean place, it feels like entering a private home, the very kind and friendly owner is the Queen of the house. The cuisine is classic Piedmontese, obviously including the classic Carrù boiled meat. The prices are slightly high but given the quality of the raw materials they are correct. The even more beautiful note is that he gave me the opportunity to stop and sleep in his garden with the camper, so I could taste his excellent wine. I will definitely be back!

Upstairs small two-room B&B.
Vaulted ceilings and very accurate details, from the cupboards to the bathroom to the decorative furniture.
Small creative, elegant touches, placed in an only apparently random way.
Professional, competent and extremely courteous staff.
Table service with attention to the smallest details.
Presentation of dishes with refined touches.
Very courteous chef and very willing to exchange opinions, questions, explanations and mutual anecdotes.
We had a more than pleasant chat for over an hour.
Truly remarkable Nebbiolo wine.
Superfine foods, from tasty to delicate ones, the boiled menu is abundant with a choice of 6 different sauces, each with a very pleasant flavour.
Food all sourced from neighboring areas.
From the first courses, to the second courses with side dishes, to the dessert: a feast for the palate.
Structure immersed in an almost bucolic context despite the cold season.
Outdoor tables with an inviting and pleasant air for an experience of quiet serenity.
An experience absolutely to be repeated with extreme satisfaction.

Very welcoming and well-kept place. Caring and trained staff. Varied menu that respects Piedmontese tradition. All dishes cooked in an exemplary manner. Excellent value for money. We will be back to try other dishes because they must all be amazing!!! Highly recommended!!!
