Kudos to the professional who created the website; the photographer really brought out the best in a place that was a bit disappointing in person. We chose the €42 tasting menu. As for the food, it was all good quality, but the quantity was a bit lacking. The chicken salad had a lot of lettuce and not enough chicken...the portion of the plin was rather small. We ate well, but overall the price was too high.

You eat in a very nice and intimate tavern, well-prepared dishes, all very good, super Fassona cube. Very kind and professional owner. A tip: I would put some background music.

If you want to try a special boiled meat, stop by Redibis, a traditional countryside restaurant, where Silvia serves it the way it used to be. Forget the trolley and slowly savor the meat dishes, served with broth, carefully arranged and accompanied by seven sauces that are delicious on their own. Everything carefully recommended or selected is meant to be a treat, coming not only from the cuisine but also from the service and the warmth that reigns in the dining room with the staff and other diners. You'll definitely be back.

Dinner at the restaurant with traditional Piedmontese dishes, reimagined with Silvia's imagination.
Pumpkin muffins, Fassona beef tartare, veal with tuna sauce, vegetable agnolotti with butter and rosemary, a fantastic boiled meat, and mandarin sorbet—like the wine, a locally produced Nebbiolo. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, and they pampered us from the moment we made our reservation over the phone. The service is attentive, thorough, and punctual. It was a pleasure to chat with them at length at the end of the evening. They are special people.
We wholeheartedly recommend this place, and we're sure you'll return.

Had lunch on Sunday with friends.
Enchanting place, friendly and helpful staff.
Perfect menu with quality ingredients.
And finally, the bill met expectations. We spent a lot, but that's because we drank a lot.
It's absolutely worth trying.

A small but comfortable restaurant located in an oasis of peace. The ravioli al plin and the Fassona beef cube are excellent. We'll definitely be back twice: once to try the boiled meat and once to dine on the beautiful summer terrace, which is blanketed in snow today. Well done, well done, well done!
