The first time it went so-so, given a second chance and I think I won't go back, it costs relatively little but I have the impression that the quality is decidedly poor... very kind staff

Red Sushi is a restaurant that has many seats and if on the one hand it is positive for the customer who can find a seat without booking (it is better to do so because it is almost always full) on the other it complicates the work of the kitchen and table service. The waiting times between the various courses are exhausting and dishes often arrive unordered due to the confusion that reigns in management. The food is good as is the value for money. Honestly, I rarely leave reviews on the Internet, but I think this time it's appropriate. I don't think I had the worst experience, the service was quite fast (being the evening and an ordinary day) and the waiters who took orders were kind and patient. I really wish I could give more to the food, but the quality seemed quite pitiful… The rice tasted strange (as if it were frozen) and the salmon, clearly, not very fresh… The environment is ok, even if the general hygiene of the place is not attractive. In the bathroom there are 5 sinks, of which only 2 work! If it wasn't clear, I DO NOT recommend it! I strongly believe that the price is excessive for low quality food… Ah, one thing I didn't mention but which is very important... flies were hanging around the restaurant, a rather worrying and absurd thing to see in a closed restaurant😵‍💫

It was my favorite restaurant. But I say it reluctantly lately the service has gotten worse.
