Terrible phone service. An incomprehensible online menu. If you ask for help understanding, they treat you rudely because there are people there. They had no change and forced my friend who picked up his order to go to a nearby place to find €1! He didn't find it, went home, and then came back with your damned €1. Are you happy? He's an honest person, not mean like you. Did you get your money down to the last €1? Are you happy? As shopkeepers, you are the ones who have to organize your change. And don't be mean about €1 out of a €30 order, because of your own shortcomings. A relaxing evening, after a very hard day at work, ruined because of your problems. My friend, my godson, is black. Maybe that's why you didn't behave properly? It doesn't matter why, BUT YOU BEHAVED BADLY FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY. GREENSHOTS FROM THOSE WHO CALLED BACK AFTER ORDERING TO GIVE THEIR NAME AND FIND OUT THE DELIVERY TIME. NO RESPONSE. ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS TO CALL FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER TO GET AN ANSWER. EVERYTHING SAYS ITSELF. It had been a tough day, and you made it tougher.

Reburger is an absolute hidden gem in Florence!! We came to Reburger last night for dinner and it was the best burger I’ve ever had, you could really taste the fresh ingredients and the love that the cooks put into it. Also the fries and their homemade ketchup were amazing! Our waitress Mie was super friendly and welcoming and always happy to help with recommendations. If you’re in Florence and craving a Burger you should definitely put reburger on your list!!

I ate at Reburger a few days ago and absolutely loved everything: the excellent bread, the meat, and all the ingredients were delicious and well-crafted. The fries come with their own homemade sauces, which are truly delicious! The girl who served us was very nice and helpful. I'll be back!

Stoped by the other day for lunch and the experience was amazing! Service is really 10/10 with a personal welcoming and the are burgers even better!! We had one smashed burger each and there was flavor in every bite, delicious!
