The two of us went there without a reservation, and getting a table was no problem. The service was excellent, and the food was very high quality and delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant.

We ate there two nights in a row, the first with the fish menu and the second with the meat menu. We loved the fish menu. The burrata cream was amazing. The gratinated mussels and calamarata were exceptional. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with everyone in the dining room being young. Daniela, who welcomed us, was very friendly and knew her job well. The craft beers were very good. Highly recommended if you're in the area. After dinner, a nice shot of local amaro.

We ate at Remè tonight and were very satisfied with the experience. We expected the food to be good based on the reviews, but they don't do justice to how good everything is. The dishes are delicious, plentiful, and meticulously prepared, as is the location and the service. Thanks to Matteo, who was very attentive. We'll be back soon because we're curious to try other dishes, given their extensive menu. If you also enjoy the experience of properly prepared dining, then you can't miss this place!

Remè si descrive con tre aggettivi: Location da stile particolare Leggerezza freschezza e qualità del cibo Accogliente e a tal proposito vogliamo ringraziare tutti lo staff ed in particolare Matteo che ci ha accolto con la sua empatia sorridi e soprattutto ottima competenza e capacità a soddisfare ogni nostra "golosità" Un grazie a Remè Torneremo presto e lo consigliamo a chi vuole apprezzare il prodotto locale e sentirsi "a casa" grazie allo staff

Esperienza molto positiva. La qualità del cibo in particolare del pesce che abbiamo gustato era eccellente. Posto molto carino, appena ristrutturato. Gentilissimi e disponibili. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Consiglio il crudo di pesce, la tartare di tonno squisita e la tagliata di scottona! Anche le pizze buone.

The cuisine is fantastic and leaves nothing to be desired – from fresh pasta to perfectly prepared fish and meat. Particularly impressive is the head chef, Salvatore, who continually conjures up new culinary surprises with passion and skill. The cooking here is done with heart and soul – and you can taste it in every bite! The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, typically Italian, and ideal for a relaxed evening with friends or family. The service is attentive, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel immediately welcome. A must-try: the antipasti, homemade pasta, and desserts – a poem! 🍷🍝 👉 Conclusion: If you're in Supersano (or the surrounding area), you have to eat here. 10/10/2025: September 2024 I've been to this restaurant a year later and I must confirm everything I've said previously. Some family members joined me, and I took them to this "little treasure," letting them taste not only the spaghetti cacio e pepe, but also the breaded porcini mushrooms and the famous rib-eye steak... a delicious piece of meat cooked to perfection. Needless to say, the quality of the service and their responsiveness to our requests are second to none. For me, I classify it as an "essential" stop for anyone visiting Salento for a gastronomic experience. Fernando, I'm from Bari, which isn't around the corner. I'll try to convince my wife to stay in your "castle." September 2025 I usually come to eat at this restaurant during the period (late September, early October) when I'm taking my spa treatments. I reiterate my empathy for this place, to Fernando and his staff. This time I had lunch, while the others had dinner, and even though it was almost past 12:15, they gave me the attention a customer notices. They offered me spaghetti cacio e pepe with porcini mushrooms, a Grigglestone cube roll, wine, and a digestif. Price is relative when the dishes are exceptionally flavorful and prepared. I certainly didn't pay cheap, but if you compare the price to the quality of the food, the location, and the service... 03/10/2025: A good hotel with modern amenities. The service is efficient. The rooms are quiet, spacious, and functional. The meals are good, especially breakfast with a wide selection of homemade cakes and pastries.
