Nice and quiet with a nice atmosphere

We ate here an delicious Risotto with marow and Ravioli carbonara.

The atmosphere is simple but very welcoming. The food is excellent both for breakfast and lunch, with generous and carefully prepared dishes. Vegetarian options are always available, and there's great attention to waste, local produce, and plastic use. The service staff are very friendly, and the prices are in line with the area. I've been back several times and have always had a great experience.

I stopped by for breakfast and ended up coming back for an aperitivo 😅 Everything was delicious, from the espresso to the drinks, and the atmosphere is super pleasant. Re Fosco Bistrot has become one of my favorite places in Milan! The pancakes are amazing, fluffy, perfectly thick, and incredibly tasty. The homemade butter cookies are addictive, and finally, a place that knows how to make an oat cappuccino with the perfect foam: creamy, firm, and firm enough to hold a spoon... it seems trivial, but it's a rare commodity around here! The lunch menu is truly delicious: carefully prepared dishes, excellent ingredients (you can tell they choose everything carefully), and generous portions. I'm not a big drinker, but there's a wide selection, and a wine I like always pops up. The place is small and cozy, with a warm, relaxed atmosphere; it's comfortable even when it's busy. It's located on a quiet pedestrian street but just steps from the chaos of the city center, making it the perfect location for a stress-free break. The staff are incredibly kind and always smiling. I highly recommend it! I'll be back very soon (and bringing friends). ❤️
