Beautiful setting and carefully prepared and unique food. Flavors that you don't expect, all excellent. The pasta with crab is a spectacle.

I tried this restaurant encouraged by some articles in the newspapers that recommended it.
On the occasion of the boyfriend's birthday I booked and I must say that we were ecstatic about the place, the service but above all the taste of the dishes.
We tried the three-stop tasting menu, highly recommended because especially for two people it allows you to try the different dishes offered.
The not very large environment creates a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, to which an excellent taste for the furniture and a wise positioning of the light points contribute, the latter often underestimated in the premises.
Absolutely to try if you want to taste new and satisfying flavors.

A place with attention to detail, with imaginative cuisine and innovative flavors. Great respect for the raw materials. Very rich and refined wine list. I take away one star only for the service, having caught a Saturday night the service was a bit too slow (even though we arrived at 9:30 pm we finished at midnight); probably just a question of bad luck. I will definitely return!

Intimate and refined atmosphere. Few seats, so reservations are recommended. The service is excellent, the staff is knowledgeable about both the dishes and the wines, very attentive to the tastes and needs of the customer. We opted for the three-course formula, which also leaves room for dessert.
The menu is a journey that ranges from regional cuisine to the East, with contaminations of very focused and balanced tastes and flavors. Highly recommended is the signature dish, the tagliolini with crab with ginger and lemon grass, and the dessert, the crème brulé with fois gras: a real surprise!

But what a wonderful dinner!! Mention in important guides that convinced me to book and I wasn't disappointed... on the contrary! Very carefully prepared dishes, successful combinations and freedom of choice of courses even in the 3 or 4 lane route.

This restaurant is a little gem in the sea of food places in Torino. We took the tasting menus (3&4 courses), and each dish was displaying traditional recipes with modern techniques & textures + spices or herbs from elsewhere to create a perfect explosion of taste! Pear on gnocchi, saffron on scampi, ginger on tagliolini... All accompanied by a relaxed & professional service, in an intimate and cosy setting.
We weren't thrilled with the deserts (the buttery fat was overwhelming/ lacking the acidity to balance), but it could be also a question of taste. A definite recommend, by far the best meal we had over a 3 day trip!

Dopo aver provato il ristorante con i suoi amici, il mio compagno ha deciso che doveva assolutamente portarmi…e a fine cena ho capito il perché!!
Il locale è piccolino, ma curato e molto molto carino, con una atmosfera un po’ buia forse, ma davvero romantica.
Il personale attento nella spiegazione dei piatti e cordiale nel servizio.
La cucina è ricercata nei sapori, particolare nel gusto visto che fonde la tradizione con l’innovazione
La cucina a vista ti fa pregustare il piatto fin dalla preparazione
I cuochi sono tutti giovani, e forse è questo che da uno sprint in più ai piatti!
