#RAW - Vegan Restaurant & Juice Bar In Firenze

What a wonderful discovery! The food was delicious. I tried the Pad Thai, the autumn pizza with Taggiasca olives, the desserts, and the breakfast bowl. Everything was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff was super friendly and helpful! If I lived in Florence, I'd come here every day! Thank you so much, and see you soon!

I discovered this place via Instagram and it's the first one I couldn't wait to try as soon as I arrived in beautiful Florence. What can I say... everything was exceptional. We tried two incredible dishes: the first was the Halloween version of the pizza of the day, with cavolo nero and pumpkin. I chose the raw version and added walnuts, and believe me, it was amazing. So much so that I ordered a second helping, with olives and capers instead of walnuts. A dream. I chose the raw version because it intrigued me so much and because they make everything homemade. Even the cheeses and granola they use for the bowls are all homemade, and believe me, the difference is huge and you can taste it. The other dish we tried was the Pad Thai, recommended by our neighbor at the table with these words: "You have to try Pad Thai, it's incredible." No sooner said than done. And I must say, this was also delicious. We also had a very fresh smoothie that went perfectly with our lunch. We didn't try them, but the desserts are all homemade and looked incredibly inviting. I regret not having tried them, to be honest. The milk they use for hot and cold drinks is homemade and sweetened only with dates. The place is not only vegan, but entirely gluten-free. There's a lot of attention paid to the entire product offering, and it shows in every dish. I didn't take photos of the dishes because I enjoyed this meal so much. This place was a real discovery, and believe me, I can't wait to go back. The place is very cute; there's an inside area and a Debora, and the staff is kind, helpful, and attentive to every need and request. I recommend booking because it's so good, it's always packed. You absolutely have to try it!

Every dish is delicious, a riot of color without taking anything away from the beautiful plating. I've been vegan for 16 years, and I find very few places as delicious as this! Bravo, very well done!

My matcha latte with cashew milk was delicious. It gets unfortunately crowded during peak hours but that’s normal I guess, the space is quite small. Their food menu is impressive

Delicious, heavenly, incredible. The first time I've asked the chef to come out to congratulate her. I went there with my family in August and there are no words for the sandwich I had with the crispy and tasty basil bread, with the delicious jerky. Everything is carefully prepared and it's impossibly cheap and nutritious. I felt very happy to have found them and to have found so much gastronomic happiness, and not only ethical, in the choice to be vegan! What an honor and what a desire to come back to see what the current menu is like! Thank you very much Daniela and Viviana and cheers!

Sono venuta dal Mugello apposta incuriosita dalle loro proposte, ne è valsa veramente la pena, personale gentilissimo, la pizza Margherita con mozzarella vegana squisita, dolci buonissimi che si sciolgono in bocca, ci tornerò sicuramente ❤️

Tuvimos helado todos los días en Florencia, y esto fue de lejos el mejor. Mi madre es intolerante a la lactosa, así que decidimos visitarlo ya que un lugar vegano está bien para esto por razones obvias. Los tres teníamos dos cucharadas en un cono cada uno, todos teníamos pistacho como primera cucharada, dos teníamos chocolate negro y uno tenía jengibre y arándano para el segundo. El chocolate negro era tan hermoso amargo y rico, el arándano y el jengibre era afrutado y fresco, pero el pistacho era el verdadero ganador - el sabor era tan pronunciado, mucho más agradable que cualquiera de los otros que había probado, ya que muchos de ellos estaban enormemente mezclados con azúcar. Como no veganos, ninguno de nosotros notó la ausencia de lácteos. Este fue fácilmente el mejor helado que tuvimos en Florencia. Si tengo un pezón es que no está abierto todos los días y cierra temprano. Si hubiera estado abierto todos los días y hubiera permanecido abierto más allá de la hora de la cena, habríamos ido todos los días, tal vez más de una vez al día!
