A really good and cute gluten-free and vegan place

I have tried different dishes and pizzas, I have always been very satisfied. Taste and lightness in a very welcoming environment. The desserts are fabulous. I also took takeaways to eat for dinner, pizzas and wraps were delicious even after hours. Everything was greatly appreciated by both me, a vegan, and my non-vegan friends.

Raw Vegan Firenze is a real jewel for those who love vegan and raw food cuisine, as well as gluten-free. Pioneers in this field, they demonstrate courage and passion in a city like Florence, where culinary traditions linked to meat dominate. Their headquarters is boldly located between two restaurants that serve animals, but they pursue their ethical and innovative vision with great strength and determination. I had the pleasure of tasting their veg fried food: delicious! The cecina was moist at the right point, accompanied by excellent buckwheat bread, and the avocado completed the dish sublimely. To conclude, the variegated raw cake was a real discovery, with delicate and well-balanced flavours, perfect for the palate. Without a doubt the best raw restaurant I've ever tried so far. Congratulations to the entire Raw Vegan Firenze team: you are excellent and deserve to continue to shine!
