Con l'intenzione di provare qualcosa di diverso, decido di venire qui a pranzo e scelgo una pizza a base di grano saraceno. Ho scoperto un'ottima pizza diversa dal solito! Le cameriere molto gentili cordiali e disponibili! Un locale piccolo ma ne vale la pena venire a mangiare qui! Consigliatissimo!

Beautiful environment, the girl who served us is really friendly and kind... and the food is very good.. They make centrifuges, bowls, coffee and desserts, all excellent and you can see the care put into preparing them I recommend the pistachio muffin!! spectacular!!

Truly delicious food! The pad thai is spectacular, not to mention the desserts 💚. I also tasted the pizza and the dough is very light and tasty. Mandatory stop for anyone in Florence!

It is rare to find a place that makes both vegan and gluten free food. At RAW they don’t just do that: they will blow your mind! The freshness of the ingredients and the genius combinations of flavors were such a surprise. The raw base pizza was delicious. If I was living in Florence I’d be here everyday.

Absolutely awesome place - had the quattro fromaggio buckwheat pizza and tried a couple of the others which were all incredible. Super indulgent yet wholesome :)

I ate the caprese (vegan courgette spaghetti, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes) which was really tasty, good and plentiful. And the tiramisu ❤️❤️❤️❤️ among vegans the best ever

22/05/2025: Absolutely unbelievable gelato. Was a line but only took 5 minutes and was certainly worth the wait. Just $2.50 for a wafer cone and it was big! Had coconut and chocolate hazelnut both yummy. Daughter had pistachio and coffee also both delicious. Certainly will be hard to top this gelato in my life!
21/05/2025: The best gelato shop in Florence. Friendly prices and generous portions. 3 incredible flavors. You have to stop by.
