Last night we had the pleasure of dining at Raw Bar in Mola, in the piazza, right in the heart of town. We dined outside in a welcoming and elegant setting, perfect for enjoying a special evening.
The fish is exceptionally fresh: delicate and delicious carpaccio, amazing fried cod (never tasted so good!), and a dish of spaghetti with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and shrimp tartare that was truly an extraordinary discovery.
A pleasant atmosphere, carefully prepared dishes, and excellent ingredients: Raw Bar is a place that showcases the flavors of the sea at their best.
Finally, a special mention goes to Giuseppe, the owner of this lovely place. He was attentive to our every request and was available to describe the dishes served to us. An experience worth repeating and one I recommend to anyone who loves good seafood.
