I ordered: ricotta and salami and parmesan; salmon, ricotta and zucchini; pumpkin, cabbage and capocollo; potatoes, spinach and pancetta. Then, because I wanted to try other flavors, I also stopped by the herb market and ordered: sausage and broccoli rabe; Margherita with yellow tomato sauce, which was delicious; speck and burrata and radicchio; ricotta with pancetta and caramelized onions; ham, squacquerone and zucchini. Among all these, I couldn't find a favorite because they were all really, REALLY good, with super soft dough and high-quality toppings. I was truly surprised and happy to have discovered this place because I'll try to stop by more often. Unfortunately, the prices aren't that low; each slice is quite expensive, but in the end, With 4-5 pieces you'll be satisfied, and for what they offer, I'd say it's fair.
