It was really good. My hotel was near this place and I was looking for something quick to eat. I was surprised by the flavor, texture, and filling. Super traditional and one of the best I've ever had.

The place is tiny, and it's almost impossible to eat inside, but the dumplings are all made fresh, and you can also enjoy excellent bao and a plate of rice with vegetables or similar. Everything is truly delicious, light years away from the "usual" dumplings, and the owner's smile is priceless.

Meixia (pronounced "Maishia") is so sweet. I knew her because she opened her first ravioli shop on Via Porpora, and her ravioli were really good. I stumbled upon her by chance with some friends while we were wandering around Porta Venezia. She makes everything by hand (even the spicy sauce to top the ravioli) and practically on the spot (she says she doesn't know exactly how many ravioli she makes each day because it depends on how many people come to eat). The place is really small, seating a maximum of four people, but it's worth it because the food is delicious and she's really nice.

The best bao I've eaten in Milan, hands down.
Fresh, incredibly fresh, freshly made ravioli.
Today's flavor of the day is pork and cabbage with multicolored pasta, delicious.

AMAZING DUMPLINGS. The place is small but beautifully clean and tidy. The dumplings are made on the spot and the flavor is very balanced. I also had the steamed sesame bun, which has a delicate, slightly sweet flavor. I also wanted to try the baozi, but I didn't have any more room. The prices are more than fair for the quality of the products, and the lady was super nice. I'll definitely be back 💘
