Rarica In Tradate

Sicilians, from Palermo, both my wife and I, residents of Como for 20 years. After hearing several times from a colleague that in Tradate there is a real Sicilian Pastry Shop, today my wife and I decided to go for a walk in those parts, and to stop in this place to get our dinner, hoping not to find ourselves for the umpteenth time in front of yet another sad imitation. We took away 1 meat and mushroom arancina; 1 meat and spinach arancina; 1 butter arancina; 2 pieces of rosticceria whose name I don't remember, but full of mozzarella, spicy salami, wurstel, tomato and other things that I don't remember (spectacular); 2 mini rollò; 2 mini pizzas; 6 cannoli made on the spot, as it should be!; A tub of caponata; I must say that my colleague was absolutely right to advertise this place so well. I must say, that finally, I found a Sicilian Pastry Shop "near home". If you go to Palermo, this is how they make them, this is how they make the arancini, this is how they make the rosticceria, this is how the capontata is (damn, I didn't get much), and these are Cannoli! Rarica? Whatever I see, eat or smell I feel at home..... in Palermo. W Rosa Nero, the Arancina with an A and all the delights of Rarica... Kiss your hands.

Delicious arancini and pieces, as well as the desserts, with preference to those with ricotta, shame about the prices, I understand that we are in the North, that the products are of quality and taste and equal to those eaten in the South but in my opinion exaggerated. All in all a good place, nice staff.

Today the positive reviews brought me to Rarica and I was impressed by the quality of everything I took. The meat arancini were crunchy with a perfect breading, the cassatina was delicious, the cannoli was exceptional. The ricotta iris and baked ricotta tart were perfect. And at the Palermo rotisserie counter, brioche with tuppo and almond sweets were truly inviting. I recommend it and will definitely return.

Very good and typical Palermo food…. Perhaps due to the time there was little choice... But still a very good place with the possibility of eating on site!

Ottime arancine , ma eccezionale la pasticceria normalmente qui in Lombardia proposta ma stucchevole.. Questi dolci si sciolgono in bocca e sono buonissime

Arancine buonissime, croccanti e ben farcite, fritte al momento. Buccellati, cannoli e piccola pasticceria squisiti. Pezzi di rosticceria deliziosi. Meglio che a Palermo!
