Not the best stay, the room sufficed but was over priced for what you get. I have to mention that the receptionist was very kind and polite, the hotel is located in what can be considered a ghost town, at least during the time of our visit. The music from the disco located within the complex can be heard from the room. The few items offered were not properly stocked for 2 people. If it’s your last resort it won’t be a bad choice as beggars can’t be choosers but I would keep searching if other options are available.

I went to this hotel for a school trip. Hotel classified 4⭐️, but the standards are not the same as in France... (he makes it known otherwise it may be surprising). The reception staff are friendly. Rooms with minibar and safe. Balcony more or less large depending on the capacity of the room. The electrical system is typically Mediterranean! 😂 So ⚠️ I advise parents not to let children use electrical outlets. Organized trip, with food included: very, very far from a gourmet restaurant and I'm not picky: I eat everything! 😅 There is a better quality restaurant (not difficult) attached to the hotel. Besides, be careful, there may be organized karaoke, so I do not recommend rooms with low numbers (i.e. 102 => 114 for the 1st floor and 202 => 214 for the second) if you are a low sleeper. early to light sleep. 🙄 Friendly bar (next to the adjoining restaurant) with beautiful wine cellars and TV (football matches 😉). On the other hand, red card for certain staff at home: no consideration for the customer?! 🤨 Mobile phone and/or TV blaring when you want to relax after spending 8 hours with 70 students!!! There it's zero ⭐️.

Excellent hotel with swimming pool a stone's throw from the sea, agreement with the lido or large free beach (pebbles). Good continental breakfast. The Rapanui restaurant attached to the hotel is also excellent. Friendly and attentive staff. Possibility of various excursions.

Dated hotel, but with a pleasant poolside restaurant with nice musical atmospheres. The negative note is that they do not respect the rest times, making the gardeners work between 1pm and 4pm, with considerable inconvenience for those who come to rest, those who normally do not respect the basic rules of civility certainly do not respect other rules too...

Very helpful staff, with care in cleaning. Swimming pool available but closes too early, at 6pm.

Clean rooms, working air conditioning, friendly and helpful staff, especially Mrs. Patrizia. Large spaces around the pool, good music in the evening. Excellent beach with efficient staff who sanitize tables and chairs every time the patrons get up. Good breakfast, good dinners except for the first evening where we were served chicken with potatoes, an appetizer with ham and salami not up to the standard of the place. I had a very good time
