We were staying in the area and went for dinner. We were treated to a tour of the grounds and then seated at our table. The server explained everything, made wine and food recommendations. When each plate was presented the server identified each one and included the key ingredients. Everything about the food was great.

Exceptional experience. Despite being close to an inhabited area, the structure is immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquility. The large swimming pool, with splendid and large positions that enter directly into the water, is enveloped and surrounded by lemon trees, absolutely fantastic. The restaurant is a splendid gem, compliments to the Chef and Giusi who manages the room, carefully prepared dishes, high quality raw materials and very professional preparation. We had the opportunity to visit other structures in the area that were more "renowned" but clearly inferior to this one. Congratulations to all the staff, for more than 3 years it has been a fixed stop on our summer weekends and it is always a pleasant discovery!

A beautiful hidden gem of a hotel. We had a wonderful short stay with our 2 young children. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. There is a small play park for children which was a plus for our two and the pool hosts spectacular views of Mt Etna. Dinner is a must, no need to eat out as the hotel use only local produce and we had the best meal of our trip here. Great location - 50 minute drive to Mt Etna and half an hour from Taormina. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay and we’ll certainly be recommending to friends and family.

Enchanting stay. Design and warm hotel. .. with the smallest decorative details Magical garden of jasmine, orange and lemon trees. Exceptional swimming pool. Magical Etna view. Top notch staff. Very good lunch and dinner.

Nice hotel well placed for spending a few days in the north. the positive points : - excellent breakfast, great service girls. - the large and beautiful swimming pool - tranquility. The negatives: - poorly done housekeeping. - minimalist bedroom layout, no wardrobe. - no possibility of darkness in the room. From the light of dawn you can see as in broad daylight. In addition, our room also had its glass door (strangely), so two sources of light in the early morning. - Reception man not very professional. Home slouches in his chair throughout his explanatory speech.

Ristorante ben curato e personale molto preparato e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato l’ampia scelta sia degli antipasti che dei primi e secondi, per non parlare dei dolci. Specialità l’uovo poche davvero buono, ma anche la carne da me presa era di ottima qualità e cotta bene! In chiusura, una squisita sfera di tiramisù, che dire ottima cena che ripeteremo sicuramente appena sarà possibile!!
