Excellent experience, extraordinary staff We stayed at the Ramo d’Aria Boutique Hotel and, despite a small initial unforeseen event that could not be resolved immediately, the staff immediately proved to be kind and attentive. They handled the situation with great professionalism, demonstrating a focus on the customer that made our stay extremely pleasant. The entire team was professional, helpful and always ready to satisfy every request with a smile. A special thanks to the guys at the reception, to the girl who prepared the cocktails for us and to the breakfast ladies: rare dedication and courtesy. We will definitely be back! Luana and Cristina

Lovely place I am lactose intolerant and in the morning I found two homemade cakes in the buffet that I could eat too and they were delicious. The staff was very kind and attentive to every need of the customer. Plus the swimming pool that can also be used on the day of check out. It is not so obvious

Excellent experience! Our room was very bright and with a view of Etna as per our request. The structure is well looked after and the swimming pool embellishes everything. We were particularly struck by the richness of the choice in the breakfast buffet and the quality of the raw materials. The fruit, jams and honey offered are local. We stopped to talk to the dining room staff who confirmed that some types of fruit (such as medlars) are harvested right on the estate. Even the desserts were very fresh and there was a lot of vegetarian choice (we appreciated it very much!). In addition to the more traditional desserts and croissants, the buffet also included savory pies, cheeses, dried fruit, yoghurt, cured meats and eggs... I can confirm that everything we tasted was really fresh and that even today we dream of such a rich and refined breakfast buffet!

Wow! The restaurant: Elegant meal, impeccable but not stuffy service, creative chef and a good value. Comparable standards at least twice the price. One drawback, a waft of cigar smoke every 15 minutes blowing in from the outdoor terrace.

Very attentive staff. Idyllic setting and incredible swimming pool with deckchair with your feet in the water. Small downside on the restaurant's main dishes, however the starter was excellent. Check the final bill, because once I left I noticed that the Aperol was billed once for 12 euros and once for 14 euros. But it's a detail compared to the quality of the hotel
