Rametz In Merano

For us, this is the best restaurant in Merano. The food is excellent, served impeccably, and Dominic is a very good host. We're always happy to come back.

Wow, great. We'll be back. Service, quality, creativity, and so on... Simply good, very good.

Discovered almost by chance but pleasantly satisfied with everything: the excellent dishes, the excellent service, and the beautiful setting. The price is fair for the quality of the ingredients, but it's still not above average for the area. Parking is also available. I would gladly return.

Sehr angenehme Überraschung! Schönes Ambiente, aufmerksamer aber nie aufdringlicher Service, jedes Gericht ein Gedicht! Die Passion des Chefs ist spür– und geniessbar bei allem, was aus der Küche auf den Teller kommt. Die Speisen sprechen sowohl das Auge als auch den Gaumen an. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir haben im Schloss Rametz an einer Weinprobe sowie mit inkludierter Führung teilgenommem,erst ging es vom Innenhof des Schloss wenige Meter zu Fuss in den angrenzenden Weinberg,wo uns unser Gästeführer des Weingutes alles wissenswerte über die da angebauten edlen Tröpfchen erzählte.Eine Weinkeller Besichtigung schloss sich danach an und es wurden auch dazu Erläuterungen gegeben,was interessant war,auch wenn wir bereits einige Besichtigungen dieser Art hatten so ist es immer wieder etwas anderes. Selbstverständlich durfte dann die Verkostung nicht fehlen,es wurden 6 verschiedene Weine/Prosecco zur Verkostung gereicht mit einer schönen Speckplatte. Anschliessend konnte im angrenzenden Shop nach Lust und Laune das edle Tröpfchen erworben werden.
