Rametz In Merano

Wir haben im Schloss Rametz an einer Weinprobe sowie mit inkludierter Führung teilgenommem,erst ging es vom Innenhof des Schloss wenige Meter zu Fuss in den angrenzenden Weinberg,wo uns unser Gästeführer des Weingutes alles wissenswerte über die da angebauten edlen Tröpfchen erzählte.Eine Weinkeller Besichtigung schloss sich danach an und es wurden auch dazu Erläuterungen gegeben,was interessant war,auch wenn wir bereits einige Besichtigungen dieser Art hatten so ist es immer wieder etwas anderes. Selbstverständlich durfte dann die Verkostung nicht fehlen,es wurden 6 verschiedene Weine/Prosecco zur Verkostung gereicht mit einer schönen Speckplatte. Anschliessend konnte im angrenzenden Shop nach Lust und Laune das edle Tröpfchen erworben werden.

Ottimo locale in bella posizione. Pietanze accurate di ottimo gusto. Molto interessante la carta dei vini. Ottimo servizio. Prezzo adeguato. Consigliato!

Very good food and my friend Dejan liked it a lot

First time in this restaurant, after days of pork shank and Bretzel we wanted a more refined cuisine and we were not disappointed. Very nice place, warm and welcoming, menu is not extensive but very refined, excellent wine list, very extensive with a predilection for the territory. Absolutely low wine prices with mark-ups below average. The real added value is the service, always attentive, punctual and very friendly. Good quality raw materials and interesting combinations. Spectacular mascarpone dessert. High level dinner, medium/high prices but absolutely not excessive. We will certainly return.

Still a must for fans of a good tartare. Aside from that, a very dedicated kitchen. The service is unobtrusive and friendly

Very chic restaurant and the owner Dominic is very kind and knowledgeable as well as a very good chef, the food is very good, excellent raw materials well cooked and served with great attention to detail, I recommend everyone to go and try the cuisine of the "castle". you will regret it.
