What can I say, we showed up on a Sunday for lunch without booking and we had the opportunity and privilege of being seated at the counter, where the open kitchen is and where we were able to observe the preparations enraptured, as well as give compliments live while we ate our ramen and more. The menu is a tribute to Japanese tradition, with ramen prepared with the highest quality ingredients and broths cooked for a long time for a deep and enveloping flavour. The tonkotsu ramen is simply perfect: rich and creamy broth, very tender chashu and noodles with the ideal consistency. The other variations, such as miso or spicy ramen, also offer an extraordinary balance of flavours. Don't miss the appetizers, such as the crispy and succulent gyoza, and the fragrant and tasty karaage. The service is impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff. PABLO the best waiter who has ever served me in my entire life, guided me perfectly on what to have, based on my tastes. Waiting times are short and the overall experience is excellent.

Small characteristic place where the main dish is ramen. We took three small ramen, two with chicken and one with pork, both very good, for those who love stronger flavors the pork one is preferable, a yachisoba, several appetizers and 3 desserts, two bottles of water and We spent 86 euros for 4 of us, which is all in all a low figure. The quantity of the small ramen is more than sufficient and possibly allows you to eat 2 different ones. The menu can be found online. The guys who served us were very kind and attentive. Reservation recommended. There is a paid car park not far away at 4 euros for the first hour and 3 euros for the second onwards

Premessa: sono tre anni che provo a riprovo questo locale e ne rimango sempre soddisfatto sintomo che la qualità non sta calando ma anzi. Passiamo alla cena vera e propria: sapori ottimi, ravioli e bao fatti a mestiere e ramen molto saporito e gustoso. Nota di merito per lo staff: si sono confuso portandoci due porzioni di ravioli al pollo (mentre noi ne avevamo ordinato 1 al pollo e 1 vegetale) Si sono subito scusati offrendoci un altra porzione di quelli vegetali. Gesto che non passa inosservato e mi sento di fargli dei grandi complimenti per la velocità e la premura verso il cliente. Bravi così!
