A typical Japanese restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful, as well as quick and attentive. It's a shame the prices are a bit too high for the quantity. The quality is evident, but the dishes are small at €14 for ramen, as are the appetizers. Overall, it's very simple.
Not a bad evening, but with a little more attention to detail, it could definitely be improved.

The broth alone is worth it. I had the Black Shoyou tonkostsu, 10/10.
I also tried the tuna onigiri, which were delicious.

The ramen is made fresh. The broth is slow-cooked, so the flavor is unparalleled. You can add extra ingredients to the standard ramen on the menu, and there's also a vegan option with rice noodles. If you have leftover broth, you can ask for more ramen. The owner is very kind, and the service staff is helpful, discreet, and fast. Everything is delicious, and the place is welcoming, intimate, and clean. I recommend it!

Ottimo ramen, personalizzabile a piacere. In menu' altre sfiziosita' per uno spuntino veloce. Servizio cortese e celere. Prezzi assolutamente accettabili. Unica pecca ...un locale non particolarmente attraente e con musica troppo rumorosa.
Vale comunque una fermata.

Bar ramen in zona Ostiense, locale abbastanza giovane, servizio informale, ramen buono (anche se ero abituato alle porzioni di Tokyo e Kyoto), buona anche l'okonomiyaki. Prezzi nella media del quartiere.
Un modo per avvicinarsi alla cucina giapponese che non è solo costituita da sushi e sashimi.
