We recently returned from Japan, where we tasted authentic cuisine, and this honestly doesn't come close. I'm sorry because I had high expectations, but it's far from the original, unlike other ramen I've tried in Rome.
The ramen was too spicy, the meat wasn't tender.
The gyoza were tasteless, and the onigiri were awful. The rice fell apart, and there was practically no tuna in it; it was disproportionate to the amount of rice. The takoyaki might have been better, but that's not enough.
The macha tiramisu was good, and the ice mochi were decent.
I'm sorry, but I won't be back.

Dinner with friends and children.
Welcoming and well-decorated place. Wheelchair accessible, except for the bathrooms, where there is a small step.
Excellent quality food.
We will definitely be back.

Excellent ramen and a welcoming atmosphere. I'm taking one star off the service only because, while the appetizers arrived promptly, we had to wait 30 minutes for the ramen after finishing our appetizer. The place was full, so the slow service is understandable. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent authentic Japanese restaurant offering alternatives to the usual sushi. As the name suggests, the signature dish is the various types of ramen, from the tastiest tonkotsu, with pork broth cooked for over 12 hours, to lighter versions like chicken paitan with chicken broth, or soy-based veggie shoyu. The homemade noodles are delicious and always remain al dente in the broth. I also recommend trying the traditional gyoza and takoyaki (we order them every time because they're prepared to perfection). The desserts and various sake options are also delicious. Bravo, Akira!

I had a great time and was very welcomed in a Japanese style, my partner and I both had ramen which was just like in the videos and even the pasta tasted like it was homemade...😋. Very fast minimal waiting times, I hope to come back to see you soon✌🏽

Small but comfortable restaurant, friendly staff, and above all, very short wait times!
Their dishes are worth trying, especially the ravioli!

Wonderful food, but be careful not to stand in front of the waiter with a helmet on, or he might step on you (he won't actually step on you, he'll just let you know by snorting in your face that you're pissing him off with your presence. Be patient, you were in the middle of the aisle and apologized, but you understand this poor soul). I work the same job with much worse hours, and I don't snort in front of customers even if it's well past closing time (and I finish work at 2 AM, not 11 PM). Unfortunately, working in front of customers isn't for everyone. The other girls were all very polite, compliments, and more compliments, for the food. Best ramen in Rome.
