Ragū & Draft In Bologna

I love markets with stalls selling food and drinks; they create a lovely atmosphere in which to chill out in true Bolognese style. We had a sandwich with traditional ragù, which was definitely good, but it was a shame that everything was too sweet and soft in the mouth. Perhaps using a more crunchy type of bread would bring out the ragù better. Overall, a great experience, and a delicious sandwich!

The ragù sandwich is good, I recommend it, I'm not crazy about carton water.

Nice place to start in Piazza Aldrovaldi. We had the tagliatelle, delicious, and the ragù was excellent. I was looking for a low-carb dish, but it was fine anyway. 😍 Recommended Update: I always say the service is excellent, but I was disappointed by the meatballs. They cost €12. Meatballs with polenta were good, for God's sake, but not memorable, and without polenta. Maybe the large size takes away your expectations. But still, recommended.

Excellent for a quick, casual lunch or an aperitif. As a Bolognese, I really appreciate the respect for tradition with a touch of innovation. The ragù sandwich is top-notch.
