Raggiocorto Cucina e Vineria In Palazzolo sull'oglio

A quick dinner featuring artisanal cured meats and raw heifer meats, all delicious! A nice selection of wines from small producers.

The food quality is top notch, absolutely recommended. We ate three dishes, each of which we enjoyed: - horse tartare: excellent texture, delicate flavor; - shrimp bisque risotto: excellent. Perfectly creamy, balanced flavor, made with Acquerello rice (quality); - tiramisu: I rarely eat it in restaurants because it's not given the proper attention, but this was 10/10. Just the right amount of cream and biscuits, freshly prepared. Absolutely recommended, plus a refined wine list.

I had dinner with my wife at Raggiocorto Cucina e Vineria two weeks ago. The food was good, but not particularly original or surprising. The dishes were well-prepared, but nothing particularly stood out. The service was warm and friendly, but very slow. We had to wait quite a while between courses, which somewhat dampened the atmosphere of the evening. Overall, I wasn't entirely sold on the place. I'm sure with a little more attention to detail, the experience could be better.
