A unique, engaging experience where the chef comes out to explain the dishes and the concept behind the daily menu. There's no need to choose, just let yourself be led through a triumph of flavors and pairings. The raw ingredients take center stage, in their simplicity, but with original pairings and superb technique. We'll definitely be back!

One of the best restaurants I've ever tried in Turin! Very welcoming atmosphere, with the owners who made us feel at home. Delicious dishes, careful combinations and very high attention to detail. The service was also very attentive, with chef Moreno at the table explaining his dishes and giving advice on dishes to try!

Returned after a very long time...it never disappoints. Whether you eat meat or fish, Moreno is always Moreno. Both he and the food are delicious. The price is worth the visit. Everything is excellent, from the staff to the food.
