By far the best service and food we had in the area. Nina made sure we had a great time and took the time to explain how the restaurant has their own farm and how they use all of the fresh produce and meats. Make sure you try the Beef Florentine and the Homemade Beetroots Ravioli, also don't forget to ask for Nina 👌.

Excellent quality and prices. You need to book because it's always full. I recommend going early because the good dishes, such as the soup or the kanederli, sell like hot cakes!

The real authentic positive cozy atmosphere. Inside is more fun than outside (we think). Hardworking, sweet service with good wine advice. Pasta deer ragout and pasta tagliatelle sausage were super great!

I read the reviews but wish I hadn't because I had really high expectations. We were seated near a window outside the main area of the restaurant and didn't get to experience the homely atmosphere so many people talked about.
The table was for 4 people (we were just 2) and I didn't immediately realise other people would be seated at the table with us. A member of the staff placed a screen between us. I didn't necessarily mind it but it felt a bit weird.
I had the beetroot ravioli I read so many raving reviews of but the favours didn't come together as well for me.

Restaurant in typical mountain and central style (just off the pedestrian street).
The first courses were very good, the second courses were disappointing: the failed deer medallion, the so-so bavette, the good Florentine steak.
I didn't like the baked potatoes and neither did the strudel (the pastry was too thick).
Generous portions.
The staff is very friendly even if the service was a little slow (though it must be said that the restaurant was very full).
Tip: there is something to review in the kitchen.

Fantastic spot if you're in Cortina D' Ampezzo. Service was great! Servers recommendations were spot on. Try the meat. It's very local!

Had a fantastic full Dinner experience here. We had hiked by their farm the previous day and had to give it a try. The pastas were great, we had a kilo+ steak for the table with sides - everything was loved by all. Service was attentive but not intrusive; they allowed us to linger and take our time with a proper meal. Everything you'd want. Based on what we had as a table - drinks, wine, pasta, steak, desert, grappa, I was surprised at how affordable it was.

A strong, solid 4 for the team at 'Ra Stua' in Cortina!! While the menu is typically meat-heavy, they were willing to flex a little for the two vegetarians in our party. They source a lot of their products from their own farm, including the grapes for some very nice wines!
Don't misjudge the location or face of this restaurant for something "lacking". Aside from a little bit of arrogance/lack of patience from one of the servers, everything here was quality and tasty.
