The best beat ravioli I’ve ever had. Also, the venison ragú is fantastic. The pasta is homemade and cooked to perfection. The host/servers could have been friendlier — they complained a bit that we didn’t have a reservation even though there were many tables open and it wasn’t close to closing time. But ultimately they got us what we needed and we had a perfectly present evening.

🌟 Perfectly Grilled Fiorentina in the Heart of the Dolomites
The Fiorentina steak was absolutely outstanding — perfectly grilled, juicy, and rich in flavor thanks to its dry-aging. The coarse pink salt added a great finishing touch, enhancing both taste and texture.
The salad was crisp, fresh, and balanced — not just a side, but a thoughtful complement.
The atmosphere is warm and elegant without being overdone. Service was attentive and respectful.
Truly one of the best meat experiences I’ve had in the Alps.

Small restaurant in the center of Cortina. Recommended, traditional food and delicious homemade pasta! Prices are a bit high, but compared to the rest, they're all similar. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Food was really tasty, the restaurant looked like a traditional old, but had a nice feel to it. The staff were quite attentive.
Only downside is it’s expensive and no mention of “cuperto”, but that’s a small thing when you have good food.

Just plain delicious. Especially after four days of hut to hut hiking. The beef fillet prepared raw, the pork knuckle, and the beet ravioli were spectacular
