A trattoria that's been around for decades, it was transformed into a pizzeria a few years ago. The pizza selection is extensive, but not overwhelming: from classic to more unusual, all with one thing in common: an absolutely fair price for unsurpassable quality.

The pizza is delicious, as are the simple yet rich and well-prepared first and second courses. The service is always courteous and on par with everything else. The icing on the cake (so to speak) is the spectacular torronita, a signature dessert that can only crown an excellent meal. Well done, keep up the good work! P.S. On weekends, it's best to book dinner well in advance.

13/12/2025: I had the pleasure of having breakfast at Bar Gelateria Corso in Cuneo with my relatives, and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the first moment, you could sense excellent organization, allowing for quick and efficient service even with multiple people. The breakfast was of excellent quality, with carefully selected and tasty products, served with professionalism and courtesy. The staff is kind, attentive, and well-coordinated, making every customer feel at ease. A place that combines quality, order, and a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for both a breakfast with friends and a relaxing break in the heart of Cuneo. Definitely a place to return to and one I recommend without hesitation.

Pizzeria Ristorante Il Cavallino

25/01/2026: Great experience. A quaint place with friendly staff and delicious food. We had a starter of ravioli stuffed with porcini mushrooms and Castelmagno cheese (delicious), a Milanese steak, and a fillet with green peppercorns (I even mopped it up afterwards), craft beers recommended by the owner, and last but not least, the Raffaello cheesecake (sublime). I highly recommend this place! Prices are more than reasonable!
