Quis Gusto e Sapore In Borgia

07/03/2026: A wonderful trattoria serving traditional Catanzaro cuisine. Excellent, fast, and friendly service from all the staff and owners, and generous, delicious dishes, obviously featuring meat. Very fair prices, and a wide variety on the menu, which often includes a couple of fish dishes. In mid-February, they changed location, moving closer to the Salottino exit, surrounded by greenery and offering generous spaces. The restaurant has become fantastic, divided into two areas (one designated as a pub), with ample parking, plenty of seating, and the quality remains undeniable. If it were available, I'd give it a seventh star.

03/03/2026: The food, though simple, was good. The fried foods had too much oil, the risotto was good, the meat looked exceptional, and the pizzas looked inviting. I didn't eat the entire menu, so my review should be taken with a grain of salt, but I can certainly give an objective assessment of what I did taste.
